The space is separate from main house where owner lives. It has a private deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening. Wine. There is a kitchenette with microwave, Keurig with coffee, and oversized mini fridge. An electric grill is also available on the deck. This is a upstairs unit so not accessible if you have mobility issues.
