A great getaway near the river! We appreciated all the extras that were included i.e. kayaks, floats, life vests, towels that we needed to enjoy the water. Everything was nicely labeled to help find items within the home. Plenty of items to cook meals. Highly recommend!

we absolutely loved it, my husband and I and our 2 dogs. The interior design is beautiful and incredibly efficient. provided for every little thing we could need. very cozy and comfortable, the best glamping experience you could want. We came during the week and had the whole property to ourselves. The town is 12 minutes away so groceries and restaurants are easily accessible. In the morning we took a very nice walk all the way up to the top of the hill, the views are great! Then we used the hot tub, very clean, very private in our own little fenced yard, the fireplace and hammock were all perfect. Zero compromise on creature comforts, plenty of lights and outlets in the tent, and I was having bad cramps so I took 2 baths in the huge tub and never ran out of hot water. the water pressure was great. it got pretty chilly outside at night and the mini split was more than sufficient to keep it perfectly comfortable inside.

The tiny house was great. The house was exactly like the pictures. Easy to get in. The bed was comfortable. The Rv resort was very cute and if the weather was warmer when we stayed I’m sure we would have enjoyed the pool. Only one minor comment is that the tiny house is in the very front of the rv resort right off the road, so you do hear some road noise.

Cute little place! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house, as well as the amenities that Lupita provided for us - snacks and drinks, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. It’s decorated beautifully inside too, and the bed was nice & comfortable, and bedding felt fresh and clean. It was better than we expected, and Lupita was very kind. 25 minutes to Bandera - beautiful area and a pretty drive! We highly recommend!

We loved staying at Gina's place. It is a time-share community beautifully located at the top of a hill. It has a great pool and facilities, even a stargazing area. There are friendly staff to help check you in and provide concierge service. We got a great welcome package with restaurant and activity recommendations. The facilities are maintained by the property, so everything was perfect when we got in. Communication with Gina was prompt, everything was as described, and our stay was perfect overall!

Everything about Tom’s property was perfect. There are a lot of things to do on the property. Tom has extremely well-written and detailed instructions for any question you might have. We can not wait to go back. It was so peaceful. Everything was so nice! We had three teenage girls 13, 14 and 16. They loved it as well. The game room gave them freedom. They were able to go walk the lake bed safely and explore. We felt safe letting the just go be themselves. The back deck is so peaceful. Can not stress enough about the beauty and peace. Just to chill and recharge. The McKenzie's replied fast to meassage to questions. The sheets were really wonderful my husband I sleeped until 9 am twice and we are normally up around 6 am. Just felt so good. The house is setup great for families. We had two. So all three girls could sleep together in on room and had a bath to themselves. We had the master so great and brother and his wife had another room. Rooms are were you cannt hear ev we ryrhing going on. There was one bedroom we did not use. Can not say enough goof things loved the kitchen layout and living room. So homie and again peaceful.
