The apartment is chic, spotless, and feels like a boutique hotel. The building is very secure with 24/7 front desk and keyless coded entry. The gym looks brand new, and there’s a spacious, elegant co-working area, strong Wi-Fi, and great AC. The kitchen is well-equipped with two brand-new toasters (big deal for coeliacs!), a NutriBullet, blackout curtains ❤️, a large washer/dryer, and thoughtful touches like tree-free toilet paper and scented bin liners. This is the first time I’ve felt the Superhost title was truly earned. Tatenda was amazing, lightning-fast responses, kind, accommodating, and felt like a friend by the time I left. I extended my stay twice because I couldn’t bear to leave 🥹 We had a minor cleaning issue early on, but it was resolved promptly. Hot water takes a moment, and shower water pools a little, use the foot towel. I also think the rental agreement should be shared upfront, but none of this affected our stay. One of my best Airbnb experiences. I’d 100% rebook

After traveling solo for more than thirty hours to Patty's apartment, I arrived to an absolutely beautiful and well-presented haven, a home away from home, a cosy and dry refuge from the rain outside. Patty's apartment was more appealing than even the photos suggested, and I could have stayed there forever. It was a delight to come 'home' each evening after spending the day with our extended and international family. When we next visit Philadelphia, and we will, I will book this hidden delight early and bring Renee with me. It's a beautiful, tastefully modernised and carefully restored haven. Thank you, Patty, for sharing your home. For too short a time, it was my 'home' as well.

Rafi’s place was perfect for what we needed. Great location, lots of cool restaurants, stores and bars nearby. Definitely recommend it!

I was very satisfied. One thing that I often worry about, especially in a place as busy as Philadelphia, is noise: I'm a light sleeper. Well, I had a wonderful sleep. I couldn't hear sounds from the street at all, and it was pindrop-silent in the evening (and most of the rest of the time). Marvelous. And yet, it's right in the middle of the city. Everything was sparkling clean and modern, and artistically decorated. I would definitely stay again, and in fact plan on doing so.
