after attending the flower festival at the convention center, it was really nice to come back to a space where my friends and I could relax and sleep comfortably. bedrooms were spacious, living area was large and the outdoor space was an added bonus! would def stay at Arena place again when in the Philly area.

What can I say? I was genuinely sad to be leaving Najia's place after a two-month stay. The apartment is gorgeous, full of beautiful things and designed with the care and aesthetic sense of a person who pours her heart into the place. Un-BELIEVABLY clean. I invested in professional cleaning during my stay, which Najia organized and personally ensured was satisfactory. The fridge and pantry were stocked, and Najia's hospitality left nothing to be desired—exercise and massage equipment, interesting books, lights on a dimmer, extra toiletries in the bathroom—not to mention the beautiful stained glass windows and eclectic furniture. Suffice to say, every time I had a friend over, their jaw just dropped at the sight of the place. Najia is a dream host—she was generous with her time, her cooking, and her conversation. I genuinely felt, within a couple of weeks, as though I were staying with a friend, even though we only crossed paths every couple of days. I will be returning soon!

The communication was excellent! I appreciated it as I had a few questions. The place was clean and spacious. The building was quiet and the few neighbors I saw were friendly. It’s a great apartment that felt like home. I highly recommemded this place!!!

We were in town for the Love Run Philly Half Marathon and Chris & Dan’s place was exactly what we needed. Cute, unique little place located close to downtown (I was even able to walk to the race start line), nice amenities, the unit felt secure and it was dog friendly. This was our first time traveling with our puppy and everything went smoothly. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We would stay here again.

Really nice place in a great location. Easy to get in and out of the building, and street parking was manageable on a busy weekend. The space itself feels much bigger than the pictures and was super clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Philly.

It is a nicely renovated home and had everything that was listed. Limited street parking was available but it is best to find a spot on the block just before you turn onto the street. The neighborhood was quiet all night and we had enough toiletries for the home. The shower was very cool and had a rainfall setting. We appreciate being hosted for the weekend. Thank you!

We stayed at the Artisan over the spring break. It was about 10 minutes driving from all the main Philly attractions. The host was so wonderful with communicating on time. The Artisan is such a unique building with the book binder being a visual treat. The design and attention to detail was amazing. We felt like we were staying in a piece of art. Well thought out and with everything you need. The location is walkable to restaurants but I do have to say that parking isn’t the easiest to find. Overall it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Philly area.

Outstanding. I stayed here for a couple of weeks during my relocation from another state. Cathy and George were extremely helpful and welcoming, giving me privacy while also making themselves available to assist my transition. They were a huge help and made such a difference to my transition. Lovely couple with a delightful family. Small touches such as home-baked goodies and well-stocked breakfast set-up made a nice difference. Nicely furnished and convenient to restaurants, etc.

Great stay. Yoseif was very responsive and helpful to guide my check-in. Great location that is close to a train station directly to downtown.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. We had an amazing, peaceful time. It was very easy to get ahold of the host when needed and the space was clean and comfy. Would 1000% stay here again.

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

Dijanas place was perfect, we were in town for a funeral and she was very accommodating. check-in was simple, the neighbors even stopped by and said hello. She even let us know we could check in slightly early if we needed it. The home was well stocked as pictured had a perfectly fenced backyard for our furry friends and close to breakfast places coffee at the hospital if you needed it. would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.
