Vacation rentals with a home theater in Center City, Philadelphia

Every time I’ve stayed in a SoSuite it’s been great and this location didn’t disappoint. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful house - Bright, clean and spacious. Great location - right at the heart of Old city, lots of restaurants & very walkable. It can get a little noisy though as it is in a busy area.

Absolutely love staying with Simon at SoSuite when I visit Philly! Have stayed at multiple of his locations and this has been my favorite by far! Amazing stay, amazing location and definitely utilize the valet parking!

Great place! East check in and check out. Made for a short term rental. In walking distance to a ton, including the hospital (TJ).

Small yet perfect. Could not be a better location. Some distant noise at night but did not interfere with sleeping. Comfortable all around. Would definitely recommend for all CC Philadelphia things. Excellent host who was responsive to a fault.

I stayed at JR's weeks ago and my friend and i had an amazing experience. The house was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The only thing it didn't have was a toaster. JR was responsive, friendly and made us feel at home. We already agreed to visit again because it rained all weekend and we didnt get to use the backyard and firepit. He even offered us late check out because we had a little trouble setting up the tvs in the Movie theater. Thankfully though he called us right away and walked us through the instructions. JR was definitely a super host !

The house was better than the pictures! The movie room was the a wonderful touch for a fun night!

If you're looking for a cool laid back spot with a cool laid back host that is super responsive and flexible this is the spot for you. I'm originally from the area. Walkable, parking is decent and extremely close to public transportation. And lastly... safe.

Megan is an excellent host… friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. Her house is clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. Fresh biscuits and coffee! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Property was great, I wish it was nicer outside so that we could have enjoyed the outside amenities. TreasureStay host was very nice, patient and responsive. They didn’t have ridiculous rules and everything was as posted. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Both hosts were great at communicating instructions and expectations! We didn’t have any questions during our stay as everything was already mentioned in their instructions first sent to us. The interior was decorated beautifully and gave a cozy atmosphere. There were so many appliances and amenities that we couldn’t even cover or use everything! The stay was made comfortable with drinks/tea/coffee provided, clean linens and towels as well as a vinyl player! If you are planning on cooking for a small group, I suggest you plan to bring the pots and pans you will need as they had many larger cookware available that would accommodate a larger party. The riverside deck area was beautiful and serene with pretty foliage everywhere! A perfect location to relax, rejuvenate and roam around cute downtown areas!
