Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

We had a family gathering and this house was the perfect place for 8 people. Two more could have joined into this space. There are several shared spaces -two living rooms and a studio space-. The large dining room table could fit 11 people. With the proximity to green areas, we got to see rabbits and a wolf, but were mostly visited by birdsong. The pool area is in a separate building that has a game room, the outdoor pool, and outdoor chairs and tables under a roof (providing protection from sun and rain). The house is a 4 minute drive to a large grocery store. We greatly enjoyed staying in this well kept 1800s house. It feels very welcoming, bringing us to the heritage of this city.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

We stayed at Gemalyn’s place for a gold tournament in Washington Township. The place was a great retreat. Very relaxing and comfortable. The yard offered a great escape and was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend!

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Christine's place is in the best part of downtown - close to Rittenhouse Sq and walkable just about everywhere (from UPenn to Art Museum to Independence Hall) yet it is on a pretty quiet street. We happened to be in Phillly during a "heat dome" event, but the AC system and the ceiling fans kept us very comfortable. She was very helpful making our last-minute departure plan change easy and painless. Beds were very comfortable unlike many beat-up specimens we encountered at other short-stay apartments. Overall, very grateful for the ease of getting in and out and the thoughtful hosting touches throughout. And the roof deck has priceless views.

Great place for a get away , looks exactly like the photos but you will get your cardio in because there are lots of stairs. Parking is very very limited.

We loved our stay! After having lived in Philly for 7 years, it’s always fun to come back for a visit and we felt right at home at Marc and Rachel’s. The best location in the city, and super beautiful and clean home. Highly recommend staying there!

We've stayed at the Queen's Star several times and it's perfect each time! Ian and Beth are wonderful hosts - always responsive and helpful. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The Queen's Star is immaculate every time we stay and always comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the cute outdoor table and chairs in front of the house on sunny afternoons and met many friendly neighbors this way! The location is wonderful - quiet, yet near many cafes and restaurants. We can't wait for our next stay at this Queen Village gem.

This is such a great townhome in a quiet neighborhood. I was amazed how private it is while still being located right in the center city near plenty of great restaurants. Having the off-street parking spot was perfect for us. It was so nice to just park there and walk everywhere! The home itself is great - open and very spacious. And the owners are so responsive and friendly! Overall a great place!

First, this property is stunning. Fully built out with luxury finishes, hardware and furnishings. It was the perfect fit for our family of 6 with room to spare. The garage fit a Chrysler 300 rental mini van. HVAC kept us comfortable and cozy all day and thru the night. Our Airbnb host Robin was very communicative and timely with responses. Would hands down recommend a stay at this property. Conveniently located within minutes of so many cool restaurants and 10 minutes from UPenn. PS, the view from the rooftop deck was amazing. Thank you for providing an amazing home for our trip.

My family has come to love visiting Philly. Its really great to be able to stay in these new areas that we loved walking through on our previous visit to Philly. Duane's location allows for great walks with nothing to do and eye candy around every corner. If you're into historical sites and pretty architecture this location will be perfect for you. If you're into bars and nightlife a few blocks away is a great area. Plenty of restaurants to eat at and bars to drink at. Very happy with this location.

We loved our stay! Great neighborhood location and we appreciated all the extra touches, like a piano, ear plugs, dry erase board, & pool table just to name a few. Also very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again & recommend to friends!

Johanna's rowhome was stunning and absolutely an accurate depiction of the photos. There was plenty of sunlight, gorgeous decor, and an excellent guide that offers great recommendations on exploring Fishtown and the broader city. Her food and drink recs were spot on, and she was very communicative before and after our stay. I would have no hesitation staying at Johanna's rowhome in the future.

I absolutely loved this property and I will definitely be booking again! the neighborhood is quiet and cute and the place was actually bigger than I expected! Even better than the pictures! 10/10 recommend.

Everything as expected. Young kept the place clean and neat. Everything is ready and works as soon as you move in. Responsive and friendly communication. Great location.

When booking via AirBnB, honestly I’m always underwhelmed when it comes to the property. It almost always never looks like the pics listed on the site. That said, Archway completely exceeded my expectations. The team was so responsive to every question I had, the place was absolutely beautiful and the access to the home was easy peasy! It will definitely be our go to place every time we visit Philly! Can’t wait until they expand to other cities.

Jen & Scott were amazing hosts. The property location was secluded yet incredibly close to a lot of South Philadelphia attractions. Being a Philly girl, I would highly recommend this location and Jen & Scott as hosts. 5 stars for sure.

Sam is a responsive and kind host. The 3 units Cozotel owns are on a street which is going through urban renewal, so you will see a mix of homes surrounding the units. That being said, we felt safe and the unit we stayed in was very clean and beautifully-furnished. We did have several glitches, mainly with the door lock on the first day. It took an inordinate amount of time to open and to lock. This could have been due to the battery or the heavy rainstorms earlier in the day. By day 2 we could open the door easily but we still needed to rely on the auto lock feature. We loved the unit, and the beds were very comfy. We did park on the street (above 41st) which saved us parking fees, but remember not to leave anything in the car unless you choose a guarded pay lot. A good rule in any city. For those with mobility issues, note the bathrooms and beds are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The beds are also on a very low platform. We wish Sam and his crew the best. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a great stay overall! The Airbnb is located in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood that’s absolutely beautiful. The house itself is small, charming and historic . Only book this if everybody is able bodied and steady on their feet: the stairs are very, very steep and twisty, and there are thin metal railings attached to parts of the wall that might be hard for some people to grip. Also, bring ear plugs: attic bedroom has no door, and one of the second-floor bedrooms just has a thin accordion door. Supplies provided: conditioner (no shampoos or body wash); salt and pepper; a bag of coffee grounds. Cleanliness: couch could use a professional cleaning, but we put a blanket over it. Bed linens and pillows felt a bit dusty/musty but overall fine.
