House vacation rentals in Philadelphia

We rented this house for our family and the bridal party for our daughter's wedding. Fit us so well! It exceeded our expectations. Carol and her husband Steve were really great when a storm rolled through and took out the power for 24 hours. They were in communication with us and set up a small generator so we could still use a few things. We would absolutely rent with them again.

Perfect location if you’re looking for a lot of walking activities! 1/2 mile from the Liberty Bell and you’re literally across the street from Jim’s cheesesteaks (the absolute best and worth the wait!) Also very active on the weekend nights (but we had sleeping toddlers and didn’t hear too much of the night life). Parking tip: follow the check in instructions and pay every 2 hours on the app. Philly police doesn’t waste a second with tickets (an unfortunate victim right at 9:02 😂). Overall a great place to stay if you’re with friends or a family with children.

We had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and Evelyn was a prompt communicator. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect! Just as described it’s our second stay at this residence and we’ll make it an annual trip.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything looked just like the photos—if not better. The host was communicative, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—safe, convenient, and close to everything I needed. What stood out the most was the attention to detail—small touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. My family has come to love visiting Philly. Its really great to be able to stay in these new areas that we loved walking through on our previous visit to Philly. Duane's location allows for great walks with nothing to do and eye candy around every corner. If you're into historical sites and pretty architecture this location will be perfect for you. If you're into bars and nightlife a few blocks away is a great area. Plenty of restaurants to eat at and bars to drink at. Very happy with this location.

Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Caryle’s place was in a very peaceful neighborhood, very private and relaxing. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and read. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

We Loved Danielle's house! She is very responsive when reaching out to any concerns we had. Our family came here for 2 graduations. Very close to schools and walkable to restaurants & parks. The photos on here matched the house. We did mainly come here for the Pool and we all enjoyed it. We also roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. We definitely made some good memories here and will come back again!

Honestly, the best hospitality of any place we’ve stayed. We felt right at home. The thoughtfulness that went into preparing the home for us, was unmatched. We highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thank you, Mrs. Betty!

Allison & Timothy are exceptional hosts. They gave precise instructions which are easy to follow. Their place is super clean and very nice. They responded to our messages usually within minutes if not immediately. The neighborhood is also very nice with friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

This was one of the better homes I’ve stayed at on air bnb. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. I loved that the home was super clean, comfortable and easy to relax in. The beds were really comfortable and we really appreciated that! I loved that we could login to our streaming accounts in “guest mode” on the ROKU and didn’t have to worry about signing back out when our stay was over. It was such a special touch having little things like shampoo/conditioner in the shower, coffee, eggs & creamer in the fridge and even the little bowl of chocolates in the living room …. which my kids quickly found 😊 Susan was very responsive quickly and you could tell really cared about us having a great experience there. When we come to visit this area again we’ll certainly try to stay here!

Christine’s place was fantastic!! It was exactly like the photos and description but better. The space is calm and homey, clean and relaxing. Great for family of adults to have our own space, and be together. Roof deck is super special, an oasis in the middle of the city. Christine has thought of everything!! This place is well equipped as any Airbnb I’ve been to, and there’s been scores of them around the world. You’ll get your steps in; no stair master required if you are staying here.

This house . This location. This host. If we could give it 10 stars ⭐️ it still would not be enough to express how perfect this choice was. It was our first time in the city and not only did he recommend great restaurants but he called ahead to make sure they were open, etc… Who does that? Felt warm and comfortable…like we were in a family friend’s home ! Impeccably clean which is extremely important to me and the neighbors and neighborhood couldn’t be more welcoming, genuine and always trying to make sure we had an amazing stay. Hated to leave honestly …and cannot wait to return ! What a lucky find for us ! Traveled w my brother, sister in law, daughters and son in law …and we all felt like we could easily live here ! Perfection in every aspect

We really loved this air b and b… Communication was excellent with the owners and information was clear. Check in was easy. The space itself is really great. There is a massive window as seen in the pictures that is remarkable and lets in amazing light. We had plenty of room and the rooms were well appointed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom and bath were clean and spacious. The location was good for us as we were in town for a graduation. We would come back and stay here in a heart beat!

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much, Mark! I give this place a 10 out of 5!!!

Pat and Lulu’s place looks exactly like the photos, it has essentially everything you would ever need from an Airbnb. The location itself isn’t pretty but no complaints on the Airbnb at all! The beds are also super comfy.

We had a wonderful weekend at Rod's place celebrating our daughter's college graduation. Beautiful home and furnishings. Peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable. Rod gave us helpful instructions from beginning to end. Highest recommendation!
