Great stay. Yoseif was very responsive and helpful to guide my check-in. Great location that is close to a train station directly to downtown.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. We had an amazing, peaceful time. It was very easy to get ahold of the host when needed and the space was clean and comfy. Would 1000% stay here again.

Very clean, mildly quiet, and very comfortable

This place lived up to our expectations—the location was fantastic, building amenities were spot on (excellent gym!), the kitchen was well stocked of you like to cook, it was easy to get our car in and out, and the pictures are a good representation of the place. Having a washer and dryer was super handy too.

Beautiful studio in a quiet area. My wife and I stayed there while she did a rotation Jefferson Torresdale hospital. We were very comfortable and had zero problems. The space is cozy and very modern.

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

I had a very nice four night stay. The location is within 5 minutes distance to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The unit was clean and had everything that I needed. I will come back next time I visit.

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

Carol and her husband are very nice. The house is very good. My friends and I like this house.

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

My family had another wonderful vacation at Jane’s house. She’s a great host. The house is very clean and had everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great. The best is the backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time there outside in the wonderful backyard. It’s close to sesame place, please touch museum and the Franklin institute. If you have young kids, it’s a great location. We plan on going back for sure!

It is a nicely renovated home and had everything that was listed. Limited street parking was available but it is best to find a spot on the block just before you turn onto the street. The neighborhood was quiet all night and we had enough toiletries for the home. The shower was very cool and had a rainfall setting. We appreciate being hosted for the weekend. Thank you!

This was our third time staying at Sue's place. It is a great location, plenty of space to move around with adults and kids, well equipped. Very responsive to questions.

Wonderful place so stay in Philly! Our group had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the view from the roof top! Extremely convenient for shows at The Met and wandering to other activities in the city. Thomas and Lacey were great hosts and their communication was top notch! Would definitely stay again!
