Vacation rentals with breakfast in Philadelphia

Jazzy personally welcomed me into her cozy historic home, pointed out unique art and artifacts from around the world as she showed me to my room. The room had a feather bed, quality linens all fresh, and a comfy sofa -providing relaxing comfort for my stay. The large shared bath down the hall was full of a wide variety of toiletries, table and chair with mirror and the shower was clean and equipped with a luxury shower head and nice water pressure. I traveled from out of town via Amtrak with a connecting local commuter train station a few blocks from this location. I arrived in this neighborhood filled with well-kept homes, many with gardens and scultures in front. Jazzy's place is the same, and offers a few different options for sitting outside to relax and perhaps socialize with other guests I spent most of my short stay exploring the area on foot and discovered many historic places with outdoor spaces as well. There is a nice variety of cafes - finding food was a pleasure.

This was a great place to stay for a quick get away. It was cozy and clean and had everything I needed, including a desk to do work

Marcis is a very welcoming host. Her house is beautiful, and the neighborhood is lovely.

Bill and Sharon welcomed us like family! Their house was peaceful and spotlessly clean, and they made us amazing breakfasts. The kids had so much fun playing in the play room. The whole experience was a much needed oasis in the midst of a very busy trip. We felt so loved and cared for, and they were such a highlight for us.

We had a lovely stay at Tes’s place! She was quick to respond, check in was a breeze and it was very spacious for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing for a night stay! Firstly, the host was very responsive. I was sent clear rules and requirements for this place. Very clear and direct. This is an apartment in a quiet neighborhood and the whole unit is very quiet. It made sense they also expect you to be quiet in their place. The whole neighborhood was so quiet that when a car drove by you could clearly hear it. The room was very spacious. More than enough room to stretch. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. A towel in the bedroom. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. Very clean throughout the place. This might not be the place if you don’t bring a car and expect to just walk around the corner and find all the attractions, but to me it was everything I could ever ask for. Very clear instructions. Very easy communication. Will stay here again :)

Tyler's place was perfect for what we were looking for. The space is large and filled with many extras, including a very well stocked kitchen. Tyler was very responsive to emails and inquiries. The neighborhood is a typical Philly space, but it was still pretty quiet. It is a great location in terms of proximity to the city. It was easy to travel daily to the Convention Center and other area attractions.

Very clean and organized place. Looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Everything was close by. Especially walking distance to everything (Target)…..

We felt Gary's place was a great find! The apartment was so well located. First, parking was simple because it was a private lot right next to the apartment. Then the whole neighborhood was a safe, fun area. There were some interesting shops and really excellent restaurants right there!! The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. And the chocolates he left were appreciated! That was a sweet touch. Also the historic sites of Philly were within an easy walk through nearby historic neighborhoods with beautiful architecture.

Great location with a easy walk to great food and drink. Check in was simple, easy, and we settled in very fast. Given the area parking was a challenge but no issues otherwise. The bathroom and kitchen were both very clean and accommodating! Would stay again!

Great space. Very well kept and in very clean condition. Snacks, coffee and some other essentials provided. Host was very responsive and very cordial. Outdoor patio areas, yoga mat, two smart tv’s, electric fireplace, even a pet food bowl and dog treats. Highly recommend location is easily accessible to south Philly, west Philly/ucity, and center city.

Really nice apartment with all the amenities! Friendly and responsive host. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at James’ and Dorothea’s place! They are both great people. James gave great instructions for getting into the house, and interacting with the horses on their property. Dorothea made us incredible and generous breakfasts, and we had great conversation with her about her life and ours. The bridal suite is so beautiful (and we weren’t there after getting married!), and the bed is extremely comfortable. Amazing electric fireplace in the room! Wifi is good in the room too - I worked out of it for a few days. Would highly recommend this place!

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

A delightful experience through and through! Francois is doing Airbnb like it should be done. He’s a warm and perfectly interactive host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our two nights! We unfortunately did not get to meet his fiance Keith and their dog Fez as they were out of town. Francois made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The space is just the epitome of cozy. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the duration of our stay. The included breakfast was a level of hospitality that felt genuine and charming. His recommendations for places to eat and things to do were spot on and saved us from making at least one culinary faux pas! When we come back to Fishtown there is no question we will be staying here again! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

it was so great that we extended a while longer. He really makes you feel right at home and has everything taken care of. His attention to detail as far as any items you make have forgotten to pack I'll bet he has ready for you. We fell in love with Zeus his GIGANTIC great dane immediately. I was a little intimidated and nervous at first because he was SO big and we had our 3 year old son with us as well but, he is the most gentle giant and is very mindful of his size and careful around everyone and within minutes they were best friends. Chris' house is beautiful and super clean. You can tell he has worked hard on it and takes pride in sharing it with others. As he should. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. it's s a 10 out of 10 for me for sure!

Outstanding. I stayed here for a couple of weeks during my relocation from another state. Cathy and George were extremely helpful and welcoming, giving me privacy while also making themselves available to assist my transition. They were a huge help and made such a difference to my transition. Lovely couple with a delightful family. Small touches such as home-baked goodies and well-stocked breakfast set-up made a nice difference. Nicely furnished and convenient to restaurants, etc.

Loved it here! Such a charming space, easy to check in and out, and we got to hang out with one of the cats for a while. Literally only one downside and that's that it's an old (and beautiful) building so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the floors are creaky. Really can't say enough good things otherwise.

Jo-Ann is very nice person, and easy to communicate. She is very friendly and as if I stated at my aunt’s house. I have a light cats allergy, but I managed well, so I was fine!

Alex and Sarah were super helpful with clear instructions and a binder full of info, including some awesome local spots to check out. The stay was amazing, it honestly felt like a home away from home. As someone who’s pretty introverted, I really appreciated all the privacy. Also, it was super clean, so no worries about any unwanted pests tagging along. Thank you Alex and Sarah for such a great stay!
