Back patio, fireplace, dishwasher, laundry, high-speed internet, coffee maker, & all essentials included (towels, linens, blankets, soap, hair dryer, etc.).

Enjoy your stay an easy two block walk to Rittenhouse or the Kimmel Center. This well appointed townhouse is on the quaint and quiet Addison street. It includes a patio and a deck. The kitchen is all new, as is the king-sized bed in the main bedroom. There are two pull-out couches for kids or guests. This location is amazingly quiet for being in the heart of Philly.
