We loved Timothy's place! The home is super cozy and has everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. It was also really nice to be able to park our car in the spacious garage. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back this way soon, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Just a little gem in Cedar Rapids - so clean and well appointed! It’s an especially great place to stay if you’re traveling with kids :)

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

we had a great stay at Mark's. 7 of us stayed for 3 nights for a U of I graduation. spent a lovely evening outside on the patio on our first night. the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. happened to be in town for Houby Days and enjoyed our time at Lion Bridge Brewing and the museum. it was conveniently located near 380 for our trips into Iowa City. Great value for the money. highly recommend it. thanks again, Mark!

I have stayed at the stadium house several times and I have never had any issues, It is always very clean and it Is definitely the place I try to book when I travel to Cedar Rapids

Dylan's place was just as described - good space and amenities. The fenced backyard and deck were great. It was very close to local coffee shops/diners and had all we needed for a weekend away.

Pat and Susie were awesome hosts! We really felt at home, it was a nice peaceful neighborhood that we walked each morning. We utilized everything that the Technicolor Dreamhouse had to offer. It was a good floor plan, with two separate living areas and a great ping-pong table for some family competitions. We also like to cook, so we took advantage of the kitchen and grill. If you are considering staying at this property, I highly recommend it!

We were looking for a place close to my daughter to spend the holidays with. This was the best place. It was within a few minutes of her house. The house was just like the pictures. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner house. The master bedroom is so spacious and the king bed is so comfortable. I did a lot of baking in the kitchen. A little tight but I was able to do my normal holiday baking. The windows let in so much light. I can’t think of anything that we needed. It was perfect for us and our dogs. We brought a small tree and I felt right at home!

The place was very nice and cozy everything you would need is furnished and it’s a very quiet area I look forward to staying there next year

Me and the rest of the groomsmen I was traveling with needed a place to crash between events for a wedding. Was super clean and nice, comfiest couch I’ve ever slept on felt like a brand new man afterwards. The queen bed was great the smaller beds weren’t bad (all of us are over 6 feet tall it wasn’t the beds’ fault) the ACs kept up wonderfully with the mid 80s weather and plenty of fans to stay cool as well. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in the area again I will be booking here!

Gemma's place was absolutely darling! Very clean, comfortable and in an ideal location for a visit to Mt. Vernon/ Cornell College. Had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend stay. Gemma is a kind, responsive host and clearly cares about attention to detail and her guests' experience. Would absolutely recommend...10/10😉

Leanna’s place has such a cool vibe!! Warm and welcoming, clean, beautifully decorated, huge bathroom with everything you could need!! Well stocked kitchen and some water and root beer waiting in the fridge😁 There were just two of us staying and it was perfect in every way! Everything is within walking distance, parking right in front of the door makes it so convenient to unload the car. Leanna responded within 10 minutes each time I messaged her and was so helpful and accommodating. Check in and check out could not be any easier. We will definitely be coming back and are hopeful to be able to stay here again! Highly recommend!!

While I was staying here it was very nice and very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and always felt safe. The place on the inside was super great very well decorated and very well kept up. So if you like authentic places this is the place for you. If I ever come into town again I will definitely book again.

Lovely space in a GREAT location. We appreciated the space to spread out and plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be able to get to all the cute stores and restaurants within minutes of a short walk, especially Uptown Snug.

This place was perfect for our stay. The only thing we needed that was not there was an iron. There was an ironing board but no iron :( Otherwise the host was very responsive and polite. Would stay here again if the needed.

Great location!!! Walking distance to shops and dining. I’m a towel snob, and Ross provided thick comfy towels, high quality bedding and high end amenities. The condo was just as pictured, the view was a quaint little outdoor eating area. Everything was perfect!

Kaleb’s place was very quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and felt like home. The outside patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Kaleb was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Great suggestions for restaurants near by. Loved the updates he’s made since my last stay. The new sidewalks, landscaping and fenced in yard were amazing. Definitely worth the price. I’ll be back!

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable! Kyle was so helpful and very responsive to our questions, and just so kind! We enjoyed everything and we really had a lovely time. Thank you so much!
