Monthly Rentals in Caswell Beach

Holly’s place was very private. That part of the beach was not busy. Holly was quick to respond and it was the perfect size for 5 adults and a dog. We loved the views and having a back patio with a gate so our dog could not wander off. We would be glad to come back again.

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

2nd time staying, loved it as much the 2nd time as we did the first. Clean and comfortable, we just love this place

As a family of 5, with 3 small children, we valued the quieter, peaceful Caswell beach area! Be aware, if your family packs a lot for 5 days, there are 6 flights of steps. The view alone is worth the leg work out!! Enough docs for us to stretch out, read, color and put together puzzles. We packed snacks/fruit/waters and enjoyed local restaurants once a day! (Ice cream doesn't count lol). They are wonderful hosts- how lucky that we have the opportunity to share their space! You won't be disappointed in anything!
