Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. Our family of 4 loved our stay at the oceanfront bungalow! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved the modern updates and cute decor :) You can't beat the location and views! Gwynne and her team were super friendly and responsive. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Oak Island and we will definitely be back one day :)

The house was steps from the beach.Loved the updated bathroomsThe screened in porch was wonderful you could hear the ocean at night. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Loved that there wasn't any steps as we are getting up in age. We hope to come back.

This was our third trip to The Black Pearl. It was extremely clean and well cared for. The easy walk to the beach was great and we appreciated the beach wagon.

The space was even more beautiful, clean, and welcoming than the pictures depicted. I felt completely safe staying there with my young daughter. Parking and entry was super easy and convenient, and the location couldn’t be beat for beach time.
