This home has a strategic location, located in the harbor, with unique views of Castro Bay. You can be sitting in the living room enjoying the sun in the bay. You will live the city as it is very close to the bars and restaurants areas. Area with a lot of room but without this one being heard inside the floor. Aurrekoetxe is a typical Basque farmhouse in the Mañaria area that is over 300 years old. Located below Mount Mugarra, on its southern face, it is surrounded by nature adjacent to the Urkiola Natural Park and just 2 km from the urban center of Mañaria. I live with my mother and my two daughters aged 14 and 11 in the same building but with another separate entrance, respecting the privacy of the guests and our own. 60 m2 appartment at the attic of our old stone-built house, with seperate entrance: mayor bedroom with a full-size bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen and living room in one space and a bathroom with a shower. It is not luxary but cosy and tenderly furnished and contains the necessary for basic needs. WIFI. The 30 m2 terrace is half way up to the apartment and is used by our family too.

A nest in the mountains

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.
