You will have everything nearby: the city center and its market (Wednesday and Saturday), restaurants, shops, bars... all while being in the quiet of a small condominium with character and exposed beams. The 18 m2 studio is fully equipped and newly renovated. The single sofa bench turns into a double bed. WiFi No smoking allowed

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Close to the port and the city center of Vannes, our house dates from 1870, listed as a city heritage site, it was completely renovated in 2020. Combining the charm of old stones and lime plaster, the warmth of wood and the character of steel, our accommodation also offers all the comforts of modernity.
