The location is ideal for visiting the old town but also going to the port and accessing the islands! Maxime was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We strongly recommend!

We had a great weekend in this very nice apartment, right on the beach. It is aptly named "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, there is a lot of activity on the sea and you can watch rowing and sailing races, triathlon training... Everything is within walking distance (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). A big thank you for the very specific information / recommendations, the welcome and flexibility on departure.

We had a great weekend at Jessica and Jean-Baptiste's. The accommodation is very good and very clean. The residence is very quiet and in a good location. Communication was done by message but our exchanges were very friendly. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Laurence's house is ideally located. The terrace is a real joy when the sun is obviously out (but Laurence can't help it). We had a great weekend and would happily go back. Laurence was very responsive to our requests in advance. She is a host you can count on.

The place is very beautiful, quiet and soothing and the house is beautiful, practical and pleasant. We really enjoyed nature and with bikes rented from Trinité sur mer it is possible to visit many interesting sites. Great location, we loved this place!!!

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

As soon as we arrived, the charm worked. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. We had a lovely weekend at Sophie's. The house matches the descriptions and there is everything you need. The garden is very nice with direct access to the GR, and the views are amazing. We would recommend this listing.

The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with their terraces. The location of the accommodation close to the sea is interesting for walks. Small apartment ideal for holidays, just steps from the beach, sea views. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to make the apartment without any dog hair.

Short 4-day stay but very much appreciated, Small but pleasant accommodation, well-equipped and decorated, you feel good there right away! Quiet this season... Convenient parking and shops nearby. You can go for a walk!! We'll be happy to go back!

Accommodation matches the photos. This is a real cocoon tastefully decorated. The best part, the Jacuzzi.

It was a great place for us! Clean, well-equipped with dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Great and clean bathroom. Roller shutters on all windows, awning on the beautiful balcony and parking in front of the door. Bakery, supermarket and beach can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Other beaches can be easily reached by car. Contact with Agathe straightforward and fast. We would definitely book this apartment again.

It was our 3rd stay in this beautiful apartment and it won't be the last. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, a magnificent view, these are the undeniable advantages of this accommodation. The accommodation was overall in line with our expectations. It's clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures (the pancakes were excellent). Great communication with Philippe. It's a great value for money in this geographical area.
