House vacation rentals in Castillonnès

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

Very charming and utterly peaceful location.

Ideal place for a stay with family, the setting is wonderful, everything is very well maintained, whether it is the mansion, the mill or the park. The toys and games for children are numerous, the activities on offer can also entertain adults ( ping pong, foosball,trampoline, swimming pool , pétanque...) In this ideal setting you can also isolate yourself to read , paint, or just rest as there is space. We had a wonderful weekend that delighted grandparents,parents, and grandchildren who are already talking about next year. We thank Marie and Pierrick who welcomed us very well, and whose main concern must be the well-being of their visitors, in any case, that is what we felt. Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Marine and Christian's. The grounds are beautiful, with a secluded pool and animals everywhere. We had everything we needed in the house and really appreciated the extra touches - hot tub, on-site massages and horse riding. Christian and Marine were warm and incredibly accommodating. This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

We had a fantastic time in this spacious and cozy farmhouse. A great location, wonderfully quiet and beautifully located. Enjoy the birds and butterflies in the large garden. Really an ideal place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, a very nice and friendly hostess. You feel more than welcome here. If it's up to us, we'd love to come back.

The accommodation was very comfortable and well-equipped. The terrace is good sized with a generous green space. We felt at home during the 2 weeks of our stay. Hosts who live nearby were available without being intrusive. The Dordogne is rich in places to visit. The immediate neighborhood on foot alone is not of great interest. You must therefore use a bicycle or a car to connect the historic center about 3 km away.

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

The accommodation of the Domaine Du Bout De Monde was a soothing natural break and in total Internet disconnection (which was a big plus). Closer to the vineyards, 2 steps from a castle where activities for both adults and children are offered, located a few minutes from Bergerac, we had a perfect stay. The hosts are very welcoming and even offered us a bottle of red wine from their estate (excellent by the way) and were very accommodating with the checkout time. Thank you very much

The Moulin Neuf is a stunning old mill house situated on a river and in extensive grounds. There is a lovely pool area and a serene sitting area to eat al fresco overlooking the waters. The gardens are not manicured and the interiors are quirky, full of historical artifacts, but we loved the ambience. Plenty of parking space and communal living space. The bedrooms are variable.

What a beautiful place! The property was absolutely gorgeous. Extremely well equipped kitchen which had absolutely everything you could need. We cooked delicious meals with wonderful produce bought from various local markets. The attention to detail was faultless. We felt right at home straight away with comfy furniture, amazing beds and quality linen. The air conditioning was such a relief with temperatures in the mid 30's. Thank you for providing such a lovely property and being so responsive in sending all the information needed to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We will definitely be back.

The cottage is very nice, true to the photos and the jacuzzi is very nice. Celine is very nice. The place is peaceful and very quiet. The only small flaw, if there was one, was for us the fact that we had to drive a lot to some places to visit (we have a little 8-month-old girl).

We had a friendly welcome from Deborah, Simon, and their dog. The Coquet Cottage was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like linen bedding and a nice kitchen area. The grounds were beautiful, our dog loved spending time outside. The outdoor tub was very welcome on a hot day. The hosts recommended the local lake and some dog walking routes. A beautiful part of France, only wish we could have stayed longer!

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Enjoyed enormously. Beautiful apartment, cozy terrace and super swimming pool. Swimming pool was very clean, as well as the apartment. Communication with the owner is very fast and very friendly. Come up with tips in the area. Nearby, there is plenty to do and there is a market to visit somewhere within 40km every day. Sarlat, Le Bugue, Domme, Le Roque-Gageac, Chateau Castelnaud and Chateau des Milandes we definitely found worth visiting. In short, we definitely recommend this apartment.

Very pleasant welcome and detailed presentation of the equipment. This cottage is well located for visiting the beautiful sites and tasting the specialties of this region.
