Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

De 1 à 5 gîtes en plein cœur du triangle d'or du Périgord noir . Situés sur la commune de castels, cet endroit vous permettra de découvrir les richesses de la région. En sillonnant à moins de 20 km vous pourrez visiter : Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Domme, Castelnaud la Chapelle, la Roque-Gageac, les Milandes, Beynac, Belves... En vous éloignant un peu : Lascaux 45 km, Padirac 75 km, Rocamadour 65 km. c'est aussi la possibilité de très belles randonnées ou de parcours de géocaching (Terra Aventura)

Accromagnon, Studio Independant a la Campagne

Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir en pleine campagne dans une propriété de 9 hectares (de bois, prairies et étangs), située au cœur du Périgord Noir, à proximité de tous les sites majeurs. Notre studio de 2 personnes (éventuellement 1 lit bébé peut-être rajouté) bénéficie d'un environnement calme et protégé et d'une implantation permettant de préserver l'intimité. Nos hôtes se partagent (avec 2 autres gites) une grande piscine avec une vue imprenable sur les falaises troglodytes.

Le Cardinal Sarlat

Le cardinal est situé au coeur de la cité médiévale de Sarlat au 7 cour des Fontaines. Cet appartement luxueux au rez de chaussée d'un magnifique bâtiment du 17e siècle récemment restauré comporte un salon avec cuisine ouverte, une chambre, une salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi donnant sur une cour privée avec son bassin et sa table de jardin. Le mariage de la pierre et du bois confère à ce lieu le goût du passé, sa climatisation vous apportera le confort d'aujourd'hui.

Le gîte est idéalement situé avec une vue spectaculaire sur un château et une campagne environnante. Il peut accueillir 2 personnes. Il peut convenir à un couple avec 2 enfants. Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.
