Monthly Rentals in Cartagena

Stunning apartment in the heart of Old Town. Easy stroll to the harbour/port. We stayed 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year and had front row seats to the Santa parade, bandstand music & festivities. A lively downtown neighbourhood means some noise but the expensive windows help with sound proofing. Amazing decor & finishing, high end appliances, artfully decorated & exceptionally clean. Thoughtful host Fran met us with his son to take our luggage up the one flight of stairs. Even bought a different type of coffee maker for us! Christmas decorations & welcome bottle of good wine were a lovely touch. We didn’t need a car: bars, restaurants, shopping & food market are right outside on the Main Street. If you’re looking for a fun inner city stay with everything at your doorstep, this apartment will not disappoint. We loved our stay & our helpful host Fran!

This was a really fun, exciting place to stay. What a vibrant, happy location! Such a beautiful, newly decorated apartment. Cristina has made it perfect. I would happily come back here again and again. Fantastic bars downstairs on the street. Lovely safe area. A few minutes walk in every direction to some amazing Roman sites to visit. It is noisy at night due to the street noise below, so earplugs will be useful. If you are staying on your own like I was, you can move to the other bedroom which has a single bed. That is very quiet. The beautiful balcony is fabulous to watch the world go by. I really loved this place.

Beautiful renovated apartment. impeccable kitchen and bathrooms. Very good communication with the owner, who was pending the days we were, since we need help at a punctual time and responded immediately. Very good location in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to the center. It has nearby different restaurants for lunch or dinner and very close to the English court. In the kitchen there were some products such as sugar , salt, spices or coffee, which was very good for the first day. Also cleaning products and many cutlery and utensils. The house does not have central heating but has two electric heaters that are more than enough to heat a certain stay, such as the dining room at night. We were very comfortable, as the house is very comfortable and also has beautiful views of the mountain through which the sun is seen rising. Free street parking. Fantastic stay.

The apartment is very nice and newly furnitured. It is very clean and luminous as well. A fantastic place and also in a good location. I never met Jesus personally, but he is very responsive and helpful. The automatic check-in also worked very well, and the folder with tips on Cartagena, restaurants etc was very appreciated!
