Vacation rentals with breakfast in Carlsbad Village

The accommodations were way above expectations. Super clean. Spotless. Well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The house manager was responsive within minutes and even communicated proactively multiple times to make sure everything was okay. Location is excellent too. Walking distance to everything and very peaceful. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was just as pictured and described, very clean and tidy upon arrival. A quiet family neighborhood which was perfect for our family, yet close enough to the restaurants and buzz of Pacific Beach. We had more than enough space and beds for our family of 5. The location is central and great freeway access. Our kids especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool table, and foosball table in the garage as well as the cornhole and spike ball in the back yard. Great house, would definitely book again! Hosts were also very helpful and quick to respond!

We are experienced Airbnb travelers, and it’s easy to say that Beverlee’s place ranks among the very best experiences we’ve had over the years. Not only is her home exceptional, but Beverlee herself is an absolute gem—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming. This was our second stay, and without a doubt, we’ll be back for a third!

This place was perfect for our stay! There were 5 of us staying here for a friend’s wedding at Monserate Winery and we were looking for clean, comfortable accommodations walking distance to downtown Fallbrook and close to the venue and this hit all of those points! 10 min drive to the venue and we could walk to town for brunch. The street where the house is located is up and coming, a bit industrial mixed with houses. Walking downtown during the day was easy and the house itself felt very safe with secure gated access. The house was SO clean, and Deirdre had a nice bottle of wine, snacks and coffee for us which was so sweet. They also had a binder full of helpful instructions, how to use the remote, etc which was great! Deirdre was so wonderful to communicate with - very responsive and I felt went above and beyond by providing wonderful recommendations and helping answer questions even before I booked. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!!!

We loved this house and the location, it was perfect! Loved that each room has a private bathroom. We are interested in coming back!

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

We had a great stay here with our kids for spring break. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and everything was spotlessly clean. Location was super convenient and very close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the foosball and ping pong table! Cristina was a great host, communications were quick and very clear. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Our family had the best stay at Bruce’s place. It’s a beautifully maintained property and so relaxing yet many activities to do! The kids loved the pool and ping pong tables, the fire pit for s’mores, pool, but especially the “outdoor living room” with a tv to watch movies or listen to music. We can’t wait to return! It’s a great property that is perfect for large groups- from families, bachelors or bachelorette parties, girls get away, etc.

Definitely a five star home!! Our family booked with Billy during our stay in California, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Billy, has been the best host we have had! This beautiful home looked better in person, it was perfect and super welcoming! Everything we needed, the home had. We had an incident with my dog and Billy was so caring, understanding and super professional. Words can’t describe how appreciative our family is with Billy! I truly recommend Billy as your host!

Wonderful place, very spacious. Host was always responsive. Our family lived the outdoor space on the second floor, so nice at night. Would book again.

Todd’s place was by far the best experience I’ve had while using the app for over 7 years. The space is spotless, fully stocked, larger than the photos, the views are beautiful, and Todd is a wonderful human. He respected my privacy, and also invited me to multiple activities like harvesting olives on the property (a first and highly enjoyable experience for me). Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the generous monthly discount, and book immediately!

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend away. Check-in was very easy and the place was exactly as described! This is a great location, everything is 20 minutes away or less! Sean was a very gracious host. He was very flexible with us requesting an early check-in, and he was extremely responsive! He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. We would gladly stay in Sean’s place again!

Hope's place was a peaceful place to stay during our visit to San Diego. The room was clean and comfortable, from the bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and outdoor deck. The additional extras, such as snacks, coffee, breakfast items and fully equipped bathroom was appreciated. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and approx. 20-25 minutes to downtown San Diego. Communication was very good.

Kim and her husband have a wonderful bed and breakfast. We were in the area for a wedding at Grand Traditions, and wished our stay could have been longer. Kim was hospitable and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends and family

Where to start?! First of all, this home is exactly as described and depicted. Upon staying, I discovered that Deborah’s place is even more…so comfortable, well appointed, peaceful and relaxing. The guest wing offers privacy, but is just steps away from charming common areas. Continental breakfast is a lovely touch. One couldn’t ask for more! Deborah herself is delightful. She is welcoming and truly eager to assure total comfort. I am very happy to have met her and spend time sharing our life stories. Her place will definitely be on my preferred location if available. It should be everyone’s!!

Loved everything about my stay there. Room was spacious with a loft, which my son enjoyed. Marty even left some epson salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. Marty was very responsive, friendly, kind, and most helpful. She offered to make us pancakes on our last day but too bad my son doesn’t care for pancakes 😅. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

We had a lovely stay, Ann was a great host! The bed was comfortable with very soft sheets and our room had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We stayed a week at Farha's place. Farha and her family are SIX-star hosts. If you enjoy conversation and getting to know your host, you'll find the most loving people to spend time with. If you prefer your privacy, your space will be respected. Daily, you will have a self-serve continental breakfast and have plenty of coffee and tea available all day. We had full access to the kitchen, cookware to prepare meals and space in the refrigerator. Walks in the neighborhood were enjoyable, and everything you need is within a short 5-minute drive. This was our most memorable stay with AirBNB, and the bonus is we have made lifelong friends. I highly recommend staying with Farha.

Marty is a wonderful host. She is so knowledgable engaging and proactive at communication. Shes the most down to earth and experienced airbnb host we’ve stayed with. Also the pin your place on the map was a very fun activity. You will love your stay here.
