Apartment vacation rentals in Carlsbad Village

We spent three nights at Judy’s place and felt right at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with from the time of booking until check-out. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make home cooked meals including many spices/condiments. All of the spaces were clean and well stocked. The cottage has great walkability and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and are glad we had this place to come back to after our long days out and about.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible oceanside rental for five weeks, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, making morning strolls and sunset walks so convenient and enjoyable. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish interior and every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The balcony and hot tub were standout features, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking views. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the property was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

Amazing place to stay. Quiet and kind of hidden. Not far from the main street. Elaine was super helpful and remained in contact with me throughout my stay to ensure everything was up to par!

Such a wonderful cottage in La Jolla. A quick 20 minute walk to all of the lovely downtown La Jolla restaurants, and even shorter to the beach! Jeremy and Kerry were very responsive and kind. Would absolutely recommend that you stay here for a quick (or long!) La Jolla stint. If we find ourselves back in La Jolla, we’ll definitely check to see if this place is available. Our stay at Nathan’s was great! We loved the quiet, safe location near Mission Bay. It is 1 block from the extensive bike paths through out the bay and over to Pacific and Mission Beaches. It is a simple studio, but is well equipped with everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The thick towels and nice linens were great! We enjoyed having the private backyard patio to relax with our old dog, and used the parking space as well. The location is close to restaurants in PB and also close to the freeway to get to other sights in San Diego. We extended our stay several times and were able to communicate easily with Nathan, Adam and their management team. We hope to come back again! Thank you Nathan!

Staying at Luis's Airbnb in La Jolla was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I booked, Luis was a great host-communicative, accommodating, and very helpful. He provided clear and detailed check-in and check-out instructions, making the whole process seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was Luis allowing me to check in a few hours earlier than expected. Upon arrival, I was happy to see that the Airbnb looked exactly like the photos-if not even better in person! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that Luis puts a lot of care into making sure his guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also, the area was packed with amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops all in walking distance. Overall, my stay at Luis's Airbnb was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in La Jolla. I had such a great time that I already know I'll be coming back in the future!

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

Apartment was exactly as represented. Very spacious, location was very convenient. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Deck off of living room was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend.

My first time in California. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. You could open up the whole glass slider door and see right out to the ocean. The sound and view were spectacular! Well stocked and loaded with all the amenities. Everything is within walking distance. Great food and coffee down the street. So much to do and see or you can just relax and take in the view from the balcony! Everything as advertised thank you Lauren.

The host was very kind and responded to all questions in a timely manner. Was also very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the garage until our flight time. The place was nice and clean, we also loved the mini patio outside.

Lovely place - complete privacy in the studio, space to park your car, easy to check in, beautiful garden area, and awesome location that was close to everything. Hosts were also great and very responsive. Would be happy to stay here again!

I stayed here for a long work trip from the UK - almost three months. It's a lovely place and perfect for a long stay for one person. I also had my wife and daughter visit for a week and even with all of us there it didn't seem too small. Carlsbad is lovely, lots of good restaurants and a nice local vibe. It really is only a few yards to the beach and it's great for a walk or to watch the sun go down. It's the place to be if you're into water sports! All the amenities in the apartment were great, parking is easy and everyone involved with the place is absolutely lovely. I was there early in the year and didn't really use it, but I think the back yard would probably be great in mid-Summer. The location is great for getting everywhere in North San Diego county (I was working in La Jolla) and anywhere about. It's close to the 5 but you can also drive along the 101 which is stunning. I really highly recommend this - what a great place.

This place was great. Amazing location right off the 5, clean and quiet! Dave was a wonderful host, communicative, kind, and made check-in and out a breeze. The Cardiff Seaside Market is perfect for grabbing lunch for the beach. Thank you so much! See you next time!

This was a last minute staycation and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean and well stocked. Large bathroom with a great tub and steam shower. The property has a few dining choices and is nice to walk around. Very safe and quiet area.

Easy host, allowed us to check in early because of our flight landing early. House was nice, clean, and the hot tub was awesome!

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.

We had a recent stay at Deborah's place, while visiting family in San Diego. This was an ideal location, with short walk to beach, and also restaurants and cafe. It was very private and clean. Great to have a parking space right there. Overall, loved our time and look forward to returning.

Linda was very proactive in her communication - we had a late arrival, and Linda left a light on for us and provided precise instructions for entry. Linda reached out to see how our stay was going and even dropped some tangerines off for us to enjoy. We will stay again in the future if available
