Townhome vacation rentals in Carlsbad Village

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

The location was beautiful and with easy access to interstates a few minutes away it was easy to get around. But it was the views overlooking the ocean with pelicans flying and dolphins swimming past that were amazing. Having 2 full bathrooms with 5 adults staying was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The living room area has a large smart TV and is stocked with books and games to play which we made use of. All in all, it was a great location for my family gathering.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

Beautiful ocean view on top of the cliffs. Easy walk to many restaurants and to the beach. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend.

Camp Jackson will be a regular for us on our future trips to North County. Lisa was easy to contact and kindly offered us upgraded parking, late checkout and early checkin, as well as a Handel’s ice cream gift card! Comfortable bed, great kitchen with all the needed equipment. It was definitely a Happy Place. Thank you Camp Jackson. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

We spent a week at Daniel's place and had a wonderful stay. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood, nice, clean, and well equipped. We found everything needed to cook. We were only three but there's enough place for 6. We enjoyed being near some great trails (Penasquitos Canyon). Also, we were able to try the community hot tub (which is less than 2 min walk from the house) and really enjoyed it. Daniel was extremely kind and responsive when we reached out. Highly recommended.

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Gemma's place was incredible! Close to everything you could ask for in PB. Gemma was a wonderful host! Very accessible and willing to do anything to make your stay a great one. We even had a slight WIFI issue and she personally came over and resolved it quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Also the hot tub and golf cart were a blast!

Our second visit & everything was clean & perfect, just like the photos! Farah was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns.

Our family of 5 (with our adult kids) had a lovely stay at the townhouse in Encinitas. Mike was a great host and the home was just as described. It was well stocked with most everything we needed, very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the evening sunsets from the beach stair decks. The neighborhood community was friendly, quiet and beautifully maintained, and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place for our family and we would definitely stay again the next time we're in town!

It was well located, easy to walk to the beach or 5 minute drive to lots of restaurants and shops. Paris responded quickly to our messages and was very kind.

What a pleasant stay at a very comfortable AirBnB! We went with a few kids ranging from 2-6 yrs old and really appreciated the amenities provided from the mini crib, to potty seat, high chair, and even eating utensils! Cherie' is a great host and responsive as well. Overall, all of us had an excellent stay, thank you for hosting us!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home in Windansea. It was very clean, spacious, really well equipped and beautifully laid out. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful. It was so peaceful and quiet. And with the ocean just down the road, it made for a really serene and refreshing experience. The location really is sublime! Aaron was very responsive and quick any time we had a question. We would love to stay there again!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

The spot is in a perfect spot of Carlsbad. Extremely walkable, but a few blocks off of the busy street so that you don’t get the car traffic noise. We did notice the train whistles the first day, but really didn’t notice it too much the other days. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby as well. The stay was cozy and felt like home. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and there was another bedroom for the two kids to stay as well. Each couple also got their own bathroom, which was very nice. There was plenty of space in order to not feel like people were on top of each other. Had all the comforts of home and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. All the linens were fresh, and it was very well decorated. The host, Kimmy, was friendly and very responsive with questions and offering helpful guidance. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

Cheryl And Roberts Place Was Well Maintained And Very Comfortable. Would Highly Recommend The Place For Anybody To Stay If They Have Any Special Occasions Or To Just Have A Calm And Relaxed Stay. Loved It!

Great hosts, lots of stores and restaurants within 1.5 miles and easy access to the highway to make your way downtown or to the beach.

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect. So many restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Felt secure & safe even though it was so close to everything. We had 3 people working remotely and the wifi was fast & reliable for all. They have first come first serve gear (surf boards, bikes, beach chair, ect) at no cost which I thought was such a really nice touch for a stay at the beach. Our contact, Sofia, was kind, proactive, and responsive the entire trip! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this spot!!

Colleen’s “Hidden Gem” is a phenomenal home away from home! We simply cannot thank Colleen enough for making our month-long stay easier and more comfortable. The home was super clean, extremely well equipped and comfortable. Colleen is an outstanding host who went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel right at home.
