Jaime was a great host. His property was immaculate and had everything we needed. The house looked brand new and was great for my family of five to explore New Mexico. We visited both Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National parks, Roswell and Cloudcroft. Missed out on Guadalupe National Park though. I would highly recommend Jaime’s place to anyone. The place was very nice. We would like to plan a trip there again maybe next year and if it is available, we will stay there again. The couches are comfortable, the master bed which I slept in was so comfortable I fell right to sleep.

My husband and I had a great stay at Jessica's while we were visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadeloupe Mountains. The kitchen was well-equipped and coffee, creamer and snacks were provided. We loved having a washer and dryer and Jessica even supplied detergent. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Jessica's place is very clean and everything was just as described. Jessica is responsive and has many recommendations for food and things to do in the area. I would book Jessica's place again if I am ever in the area.

Jenn’s place was a great spot to lay our heads while we visited the national parks nearby. It was a cozy house and we felt right at home. I couldn’t imagine a better accommodation in the area to stay at. Definitely check out the local Blue House Cafe for breakfast too! Super cute and relaxing space. Thank you for everything :)

We had a great stay after visiting the Carlsbad Caverns! We liked that there were games in the closet available and coffee and snacks out as well. We walked to the Blue House the next morning for breakfast and the neighborhood was quite pleasant! Would recommend as a lovely stay!

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

Andrea’s home was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was squeaky clean and fresh, had many more thoughtful amenities than we typically see, and was so convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Andrea was also a wonderful host who was very proactive in providing all the information we needed. We felt like we were staying with friends and would highly recommend this home to others!

Don’t hesitate, book this house! Out of all 4 houses we stayed in on our trek from Tucson to El Paso, this house was the cleanest, comfiest, and most exact to the description and pictures. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were top notch. Kitchen is very well appointed. The house is beautiful. Location is quiet and safe, as well as very near to the main road and restaurants/shops. Rene was very easy to communicate with. Our boys loved the snacks Rene left for them during their movie night after hiking. Rene went above and beyond to send us a charger we left behind. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park. It’s conveniently located, has an adorable porch to enjoy your morning coffee, safe neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. DeeAnn was very responsive and checked in us to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Matthew’s home. It snowed lightly while we were there and it was so beautiful from the homes point of view. It was very spacious and I really loved the kitchen. I highly recommend this property and Matthew is a host. :)
