This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We want all our guests to have a relaxing & comfortable stay. We have many perks, bottled water in the fridge & upstairs bedrooms to welcome our guest. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

The place was great, the pictures are accurate and the place was squared away. I believe the place hasnt been there that long, and everything works good, it doesnt have any wear and tear yet. The ceiling fans are amazing and the place was very roomy. I would gladly stay in this place again if available and i have work near there.
