Beautiful home, very quiet and clean, everything we needed to feel at home. Host was welcoming and responsive. Our kids loved the games and puzzles. 30min drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

The couple who live in the neighboring house built the two upstairs apartments themselves and thought of just about everything you could wish for and they do an excellent job keeping them clean and welcoming. Great value for the price and not far from Carlsbad Caverns (there aren't many places much closer). Robbin really welcomes guests and makes you feel immediately welcome with a little note of greeting and cloth napkins in cactus-themed napkin holders. Six bottles of chilled water in the fridge (the tap water is hard, minerally and not very pleasant tasting). Best of all, a platter of home-made muffins waiting for you, a very nice touch. I left some clothes in the closet after we departed and Robbin immediately informed me and offered to mail them to me. Thank you Robbin, great stay.

Clean place to relax and rest prior to visiting Carlsbad Caverns National Park. 40 minute drive to the park.

Andrea’s home was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was squeaky clean and fresh, had many more thoughtful amenities than we typically see, and was so convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Andrea was also a wonderful host who was very proactive in providing all the information we needed. We felt like we were staying with friends and would highly recommend this home to others!

Don’t hesitate, book this house! Out of all 4 houses we stayed in on our trek from Tucson to El Paso, this house was the cleanest, comfiest, and most exact to the description and pictures. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were top notch. Kitchen is very well appointed. The house is beautiful. Location is quiet and safe, as well as very near to the main road and restaurants/shops. Rene was very easy to communicate with. Our boys loved the snacks Rene left for them during their movie night after hiking. Rene went above and beyond to send us a charger we left behind. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or stay again!

We enjoyed having a spacious kitchen and outdoor space and being so close to the grocery store. This was a great urban location, while being close enough to make a day trip to Carlsbad Caverns. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with all the comforts of home.

Yaya's Casa is a great place to stay in Carlsbad. The home is located in a safe, well maintained, and quiet neighborhood. The house itself proved to be just as described on the website. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and whole house was furnished in a way that made our weekend snug and pleasant, something that was particularly important for this trip. Since it rained for an entire day, we spent way more time in the house than we had originally planned. Additionally, Ashley offered several terrific recommendations for dining in Carlsbad. The only downside to our weekend was that the constant rain uncovered a roof leak in one of the bedrooms. Our host was very apologetic (she even offered a full refund, something that we did not take her up on since it was really a minor inconvenience) and I am certain that the problem has already been addressed. When we return to Carlsbad, we will certainly want to stay there again.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable to stay in! I hope to stay here again on our next trip to Carlsbad. This home is so cozy and Joaquin was very responsive.
