Had an absolutely great experience. I was coming into town for a wedding, and this place was incredibly convenient for the location. The complex was very nice, and I had access to the gym, which was very helpful. I was able to park close by, and the entire place felt safe and secure. Check-in was easy, Massah left clear instructions and was very responsive in messages. I had absolutely no issues for a single second of this trip. The place is nice, comfortable, I slept great, and had everything I needed. If I ever need to stay in Oceanside again, this will automatically be the first place I check.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place! We were in San Diego visiting family and the location was perfect. The apartment was super clean with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and of course walks on the beach! There is a good selection of restaurants to choose from close by. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

I stayed here recently with my family and my small dog. The bungalow was nice and clean. We appreciated the private lot even though it got packed at night and it was hard to find an available spot. But either way there was parking on the neighborhood streets. We did like the restaurants near by. Heritage Brewery & BBQ was amazing and walking distance. We also went to Artifex Brewery which was around the corner. They had great beers! Fun, relaxing stay

Israel was super responsive and went out of his way to accommodate me when I arrived earlier than expected. The apartment is exactly like the photos and really clean. The streets outside can feel a bit unsafe at night, but I had no issues walking around during the day. The condo is gated, and the security guards at the entrance are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Israel as your host for your next trip. Thanks for everything! Hope to come back soon🙏🏼🇲🇽✨

Cozy apartment with super host. We felt right at home. It had hot water and heater unit. Loved making coffee in the morning and sitting on the balcony to check out the city. It has a shower and dryer in the unit. The concierge staff was nice too and felt safe in the apartment.

Personally me and my husband really enjoyed the rooftop, pool table and dvd selections. The rooms are very spacious, perfect for what we needed for our short trip. We were close to the water and also the zoo(which we came for). There’s a McDonald’s and a gas station across the street for any last minute snacks and drinks. It was super convenient for our Ubers to find us for our rides. Jesse was very quick to respond to any questions I had and also provided extra info that was very helpful that made our stay smooth.

Jorge is an awesome host! He was very helpful and responsive to our questions. My family and I felt so comfortable. It was the perfect cute spacious apartment for my family. We all felt at home. Very close to Plaza Rio and restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities. We will definitely come back.

had a wonderful stay for an amazing price, place was very spacious, we were able to get a rollaway cot so each of our kids could have their own bed. had a beautiful pool and the free laundry was great, as well as stuff for the kids with the pool and ping pong table. The drive was very easy into San Diego to do all the activities we wanted, but nice places to eat very close. was a short walk to the beach but there was a lot of stairs to get down to the beach, took about 8 minutes at a normal pace. would book this place again if I came to the area.

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We needed a place to prepare for a big move and not get in the way of the movers. This was perfect, a block from the beach and walking distance to several nice restaurants. A good location with quick freeway access. There is some traffic noise at night, but we slept well. The host was a great communicator and things worked out great for our trip.

A wide pathway is visible, lined with concrete stepping stones and bordered by gravel. Potted plants add greenery along the sides, leading to a white railing and more vegetation in the background.

We’ve stayed at another of this host’s property previously. It’s clean, convenient, quiet, and comfy for visits to family. He is quick to respond to questions. Easy check in & easy check out. Obviously, would stay again.

Dream 2BR Luxury Villa with a Fantastic View

The place was even nicer than i thought based on the pictures. Very large and spacious, fit me, my parents, and my brother and his wife and kids comfortably (theres 2 Queen beds, 1 king, and 1 pull out bed (queen sized) in the couch. The resort had plenty to offer with activities for kids as well as hot tubs and heated pools so we could still go for a swim on some of the chilly days. Overall well worth the price paid (I'd say it's probably worth even more and Barrett gives a generous deal).

I enjoyed staying at the LPR guest cottage. It was spacious, well stocked and very peaceful. It was heartwarming to see the rescue operation and meet the animals. Celia is a kind and gracious person who was very responsive. It was a wonderful experience.
