Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Capraia e Limite

Perfect for 2 couples. We were able to walk from train station with luggage easily and to all sites around Florence. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Alessio was friendly and offered great suggestions for exploring Florence.

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

Adoramos nossa estadia neste Airbnb em Florença! A localização é excelente — conseguimos fazer tudo a pé e aproveitamos muito a cidade. Quando chegamos, já havia água geladinha nos esperando, um toque muito especial que fez toda a diferença. O espaço é amplo e confortável, com um tipo de closet que foi super útil. A cozinha tinha mais do que o necessário para poucos dias. O banheiro era ótimo e o chuveiro excelente, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Como o apartamento fica em uma região mais animada, com bastante movimento à noite, pode não ser a melhor opção para quem procura total sossego — há um pouco de barulho externo. Mas para nós isso não foi um problema. No geral, foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Amamos Florença e certamente ficaríamos aqui novamente!

L'appartamento di Francesco si trova a 14' a piedi dalla stazione, in un punto strategico fa cui si possono raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della città. Gli spazi erano nuovi, curati e puliti in maniera impeccabile. Il letto era comodissimo, così come l'ampia doccia. Ho molto apprezzato l'acqua e gli snacks a disposizione. Nel complesso sono stata davvero bene, è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole.

Fin lejlighed med super beliggenhed i roligt og trygt boligkompleks med privat parkeringsplads i kælderen. Lejligheden er indenfor bymuren, så der er kort gåafstand til restauranter, supermarked og seværdigheder. Super god og hjælpsom vært, der svarede med det samme og som gjorde alt for at vi havde et godt ophold!

Rominas place was perfect. Beautiful apartment in a great part of the city. Would recommend it to anyone. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night with our baby and Romina helped us out a lot with it all. Very grateful for her help when needed it most and truly appreciate all she did for us! You are in good hands staying at her place :)

Franco's place exceeded our expectations! The surrounding views were breathtaking. We loved the fantastic amenities, especially the pool and ping-pong table, which were great for recreation. The location is perfect, being very close to San Donato, renowned as one of Italy's most beautiful towns. We discovered numerous neat spots to taste and buy local wine! A quick tip for future guests: plan your meals as finding food spontaneously can be tricky, and a vehicle is definitely recommended for getting around.

The location is breathtaking, you can see all the nearest town and admire the brighter stars during the night. The house was on ground floor, with a big patio and a BBQ, kitchen and room were both large, spacious and confy. The best place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. we will be back.

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung gleich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war super viel Platz vorhanden und alles picobello sauber. Von Monto Baducco waren Ausflüge nach Bologna, Florenz, Pisa,....sehr gut möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen liebwn Dank an den Vermieter.

A most beautiful retreat in the most peaceful area! A private, hillside home built with great love and amazing care! Paola and Luigi were exceptional hosts! We loved everything about this wonderful, restful and magical place! And how amazing that we were able to watch the fireflies dance as we gazed at the beautiful starry, Tuscan sky from our private hot tub! Every detail of La Cipressina was fabulous! Thank you!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento moderno e accogliente, a pochi passi dal centro di Firenze ma fuori dalla ZTL, quindi comodissimo anche per chi arriva in auto. In 15-20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore della città, ma c’è anche una fermata della tramvia a soli 5 minuti a piedi che porta direttamente nel centro storico. L’appartamento è esattamente come in foto, pulitissimo, luminoso e arredato con gusto. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa.Anche il WiFi è veloce, perfetto per chi lavora da remoto. Il quartiere è tranquillo e residenziale, con supermercati e tutto vicino. Jessica é una eccelente host, disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consigliatissimo

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Gives a feel of living amongst the locals. The appartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were also nice amenities that we did not expect. Very much recommend.😊⚘️👌

A lakás ugyan nagyon kicsi, de valóban kedves volt, különleges stílusú, egyedi megoldásokkal a hely jó kihasználására. Minden információt megkaptunk, amire csak szükség volt. Jól éreztük magunkat, szívesn jönnénk legközelebb is, köszönjük!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, aber sonst gut machbar wenn man langsam fährt. Dafür ist es aber auch total ruhig dort. Das Häuschen ist niedlich eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und Alessandro hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind ausgesprochen bequem. Etwas störend ist die fiepende Gastherme und die Tatsache, dass die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ziemlich geschwankt hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch reparieren. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
