I can't help but say good things about this fantastic experience and compliment Riccardo on the way he treats his customers, as if they were old friends. Everything perfect... optimal location 10 minutes from Greve in Chianti, and surrounded by farms and vineyards, excellent cleanliness and very special accommodation with attention to detail, both inside and outside where you have covered parking for the car and a huge garden that offers a breathtaking and panoramic view of the valley. Riccardo is very available to clarify every aspect not only about his property but also about everything around it, ready to advise you and give you explanations and directions of all kinds to make your stay optimal. When I get back to that area, I'll definitely go and see him.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. It wasn't a vacation home - it was a home for us. Rarely have I felt so incredibly comfortable - the garden is a dream, the house is very cozily furnished and there are well thought-out details everywhere. You can enjoy wonderful privacy in your own garden with your own entrance, but if you need something, Flora and Luca have always been there for us and we immediately took them to our hearts!!! Florence is of course also enchanting and you can go on great excursions! We will miss all of this very much and hopefully come back soon!

absolutely one of the best AirBNB experiences we have ever had! There is no better location if you are visiting Siena, especially if you would rather take the escalator up the mountain. The entrance is right across the street. Our host had thought of everything. From washing detergent to a bottle of wine. Take not though, in Siena it is sometimes difficult to get a taxi early in the morning unless you book it well in advance. Our host went out of his way to make sure we arrived at the train station on time! But just remember, book your departure taxi early! And oh yeah, the secret garden was awesome. A great place to kick back and enjoy the mountain air with a cool beverage;) 5 star plus plus!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

This accommodation has a really nice view. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. There are two swings, a playground with a slide, a garden, and the kids were happy with animals such as mountain rabbits, cats, mountain birds, snails... etc. I was grateful that the hosts were so kind and sweet. I recommend this accommodation that I want to go to again.

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

The stay was beautiful! The villa was amazing, the view, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. Rooms were new and clean. Every detail has been taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. We'd be stuck without them. Unfortunately, we had more private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. We, me and my friends, this stay was memorable!

We stayed at the villa for a week for our honeymoon and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were. Marco greeted us and walked us up to the villa and left some lovely surprises for as he knew what we were celebrating. The communication we had was great as Marco was always quick to respond when we needed help with any issues. We used the pool on a day which was so lovely and relaxing and although Marco and his parents lived on the property they gave us lots of privacy to enjoy our time there. The BnB is in a lovely location as you have different cities in either location to visit and lovely restaurants that are recommended by Marco. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I adored the tranquility of this stay. Our host Oscar was so proactive, responsive, and helpful. We are so grateful for the kind acts of service Oscar and his team extended towards us. I have Celiac and they took into serious consideration ways to prevent cross contamination and made sure that there were options available for me. Their restaurant was likely the best food that we’ve tasted throughout our stay in Italy! The lobby is filled with its aroma of fresh herbs being cooked. We also adored the little furry friends that would hand around our porch! He had a team of people who would take us to and from the nearest train station and were extremely flexible! The stay is up a mountain so we were so thankful there was someone skilled enough to drive us up and down! Oscar, thank you for everything! We definitely plan to visit again and strongly recommend that anyone stay at your accommodation for peace, tranquility, and amazing food!

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful place, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet, ideal for relaxing. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Simply unbelievable – a secluded haven with everything you'd want from a holiday home in the Italian countryside. We spent 6 days with our two young kids at Monica's place, and had one of the best holidays ever. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and charming, and the views are out of this world. Sunset out of the bedroom window will stay with me forever! Then there's the gardens - lots of room for kids to run around in complete safety, with a large infinity pool (cold in May, but still enjoyed every day by us and the kids… the view was so beautiful I proposed to my fiancee there 🥳), and also a playground and outdoor bowls lane. There's an excellent restaurant within 5 minutes walk, but Sillico is a quiet, beautiful medieval hamlet and not much more – be aware that to get anywhere you'll need to drive 12 minutes down quite a narrow twisty road. It didn't bother me, but just something to be aware of for less confident drivers. Overall: one of the best places I've ever stayed!

Livia’s place was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay there! Being a bit removed from the busyness of Florence was nice, the train rides to and from were very simple and accessible with the train station being located close by. The space itself was really cute and comfy, loved our stay and would definitely visit again!

You can hardly find homes like this. Clean, tidy and really with all the comforts. The restaurant recommended by Enrico is a delicious dinner spot. Easy parking and walking in the village. In short, a paradise.

Our stay in Domenica's place was absolutely flawless. It's a beautiful surrounding, we stayed for 2 weeks and the house facilitates everything you'll need nicely. Only small drawback is the shower cabin which is somewhat small. But everything you need is in close proximity (if you go by car anyway) and all the go-to places in Tuscany are easy to reach. Domenica was very helpful and offered us own-made food several times which was top notch, especially the pizzas. I can absolutely recommend this place!

Andreas is an excellent host. Considerate, helpful and responsive. The apartment is lovely. Comfortable, spacious and well- maintained. Close to supermarkets and train station. I can highly recommend it.

Excellent location, with stunning views. The place is better than what appears in the pictures. The rooms are large and comfortable. Carlo responds immediately. Too bad I left earlier than expected. I intend to return.
