Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day from June 1 to September 30, for a maximum of 7 consecutive days (e.g., for a 10-day stay, you only pay for 7).

Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Located in a strategic position, a few minutes away from the seaside and the city centre and just 4 kms away from the famous Forte Dei Marmi.

Two-room apartment located in a courtyard house, consisting of an entrance bedroom with a double bed and armchair-bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Independent entrance. The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.
