We're Fara and Gabriele, we decided to open the flat on the first floor of our villa to guests. we live on the ground floor with our two young children. The guest floor has it’s full privacy with a separate entrance, parking, and an XL terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Private pool available on request, exclusive access for an extra fee — just ask!

The cities of Camaiore, Pietrasanta and Viareggio are easily accessible in less than 10 minutes by car; the historic cities of Lucca and Pisa are also only half an hour away by car. Bright environment consisting of a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, and an outdoor space.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
