Atypical accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people, in a quiet area close to all the amenities of Hossegor and Capbreton. Featuring a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a 140 cm bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sofa that can be converted into two 80 cm beds, you can also enjoy a large 35 m2 east-facing terrace. The latter is equipped with two deckchairs, a garden table and a barbecue.

28 m² studio for one to two people. It is located near the lakes route and close to the pedestrian streets of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains. There is a 140x190 bed upstairs and it is also possible to sleep on the 100x180 sofa bed downstairs. It does not have a space for a car but a parking lot is 50 m away. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. I don't accept pets in this small studio.

The house is close to many shops (shopping center, bakery, pharmacy, medical center). The beach can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Possibility to park for free. Bus station 500 meters away. Chateau de Caradoc at 500 meters with large park and children's playground.
