The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Built with respect for nature, you will be seduced by its 25 m2 terrace in which an oak tree seems to come out of nowhere and offers you its foliage as a roof. The cabin is built on the family property located at the exit of Capbreton, where we welcome our family every summer in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You won't be isolated but totally independent.

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
