The house is even better, and much more spacious, than it appears in the photos. Even though the bedrooms and living rooms are made of wood and are older, it does not affect the stay for those who just want to rest and enjoy the beach, which is 2 blocks away. We think the cost-benefit is great given the prices being charged on the coast. The kiosk in the back is great for barbecuing and socializing, and the area kept our 2 cars covered throughout the week. The kitchen offers everything you need for a good stay, and having 2 refrigerators was also great as we stayed 1 week, including Christmas dinner. It's 10 minutes or less from the center of Capão da Canoa. Even close to the holidays, the neighborhood was quiet. The beach wind blowing on the balcony and in the living room was always excellent. On warmer nights, the air-conditioning in the living room cooled the rooms well. We recommend the place and would return for the same purpose.

Clean, cozy accommodation, described as it really is in the photos. A very well-equipped kitchen, I was able to make my meals with peace of mind. The place is very close to the beach, it has a great square to enjoy in the late afternoon with children or to have a chimarrão. Sidewalk for walking or jogging. Close to the market and shops, I did everything on foot. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
