Our apartment has been prepared to cater to visitors with good taste. It is our home that we are making available with the best for you to feel at home. It is in an excellent location, one block from the beach and the center of Capão. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet. I chose a refrigerator with a very spacious freezer to quickly chill the drinks. We have a parking space in the garage, so you won't have to waste time looking for a space on the beach, which is an impossible mission.

A spacious living and dining area is filled with natural light from large windows. A comfortable brown sofa is complemented by a patterned armchair. A dining table with light-colored chairs sits next to the sofa, with a decorative tablecloth adding a touch of colour.

The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

Near the beach and the center, allowing you to do everything by yourself. As for Regis is a great hostess, welcoming very well, and always very helpful in what was necessary.
