Excellent house, well located and bright, with a kitchen, barbecue and other facilities, 3 bedrooms (1 with air conditioning and the others with fans); 2 suites, a large and well-decorated living room and kitchen. Located 500 meters from the beach and 100 meters from PANVEL, shops, handicrafts, Super da Praia, and the Military Brigade station. It only accommodates up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Architect-designed house, modern and very comfortable. Visitors and events are not allowed. Air conditioning in 1 bedroom.
