TOP APARTMENT. WIFI AND GARAGE. ONE BLOCK FROM THE SEA AND DOWNTOWN

Our apartment has been prepared to cater to visitors with good taste. It is our home that we are making available with the best for you to feel at home. It is in an excellent location, one block from the beach and the center of Capão. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet. I chose a refrigerator with a very spacious freezer to quickly chill the drinks. We have a parking space in the garage, so you won't have to waste time looking for a space on the beach, which is an impossible mission.

It has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. All air-conditioned - hot and cold! Smart tv in the living room and bedroom! There is parking space! We offer 4 beach chairs and 1 parasol! Bed linens are provided! WE DON'T provide towels. We inform you that the windows DO NOT HAVE a safety net. Beware of children.

This apartment is ideal for families of up to 3 people or a couple. Just 3 blocks from the beach and located in front of a complete square in a leisure area, and very close to pharmacies, markets, gas stations and downtown. The building has a swimming pool, fitness center and parking space. The apartment is complete with kitchen and bed items. The apartment is all planned to make your stay even more cozy. We have a beach chair. I don't accept pets We don't have bath/face towels.

Living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi Internet. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Split: bedroom and living room.

Dream apartment

This unique place has its own style, charming, new, air-conditioned, box beds in ideal comfort and in the rooftop a swimming pool and breathtaking view. (Collective pool only until 03/31/26). After this date it will no longer be available for use. Building 80 meters from the beach. Laundry 24 hours at 200m. Restaurants 200m. Banrisul 300 meters away. Pharmacy and supermarket at 300 meters. Come and enjoy peace and quiet and practicality. Your vacation deserves this place!
