This apartment is ideal for families of up to 3 people or a couple. Just 3 blocks from the beach and located in front of a complete square in a leisure area, and very close to pharmacies, markets, gas stations and downtown. The building has a swimming pool, fitness center and parking space. The apartment is complete with kitchen and bed items. The apartment is all planned to make your stay even more cozy. We have a beach chair. I don't accept pets We don't have bath/face towels.

Beautiful view! We offer comfortable beds, new mattresses, pillows, bed and bath linens. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Gas-heated shower, hot water in all faucets. Full kitchen, with all household utensils, washing machine and barbecue grill. The condominium has a swimming pool, playground, game room and gym. Excellent location, close to the sea and three blocks from downtown. We have 2 chairs and an umbrella. Perfect for the Family to relax!
