Comfortable apartment, conveniently located, close to downtown, the beach and supermarket. The building is very nice, with plenty of security, a convenient parking space, a swimming pool and a very enjoyable game room.

The apartment is extremely cozy, very well equipped and has a great location. The building is close to the beach and all the facilities of the neighborhood. Communication with Adriana was excellent, even before the date we already had all the necessary information for hosting.

The Maria Cláudia loft is perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms, no need for anyone to sleep in the living room. It has a super yard, with shade the afternoon, as it catches the sun in the morning, having a great solar orientation. The apartment was very well planned and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Exactly as in the listing. Maria Cláudia was an excellent hostess, always serving us when we need it. The condominium we already knew and remains excellent as well. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was very good, great. Cozy place of easy location! Close to restaurants, cafeteria, supermarket! Near the sea. The host was attentive, answering all the questions and flexibly at the time of entry and exit! Recommend!

Impeccable, everything very clean and organized, rooms as advertised, easily accommodates 7 people, excellent condominium infrastructure. Host André is very attentive and kind. I recommend it!

Anyway I managed to convince and take my parents on a trip, they felt at home. It was like being in a resort, the structure of the place, the games and the pools are simply charming, you have everything for any age group. Mr. Paulo, since the appointment of the accommodation, left us calm of everything we needed for a great stay, the house was complete of what we needed. Nearby bakery and market and restaurant, and the beach, leaving the condominium, we took the central avenue straight to the beach. As soon as we can, we'll be back for sure. Cost benefit for what the condominium delivers, was worth a lot.

Excellent service from host Marcelo, 10/10! Each one is sensational, we have already stayed in another house in Murano, but the furniture, equipment and privacy are the differentials of this house. Congratulations! Super recommended.
