Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Capannori

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We hebben een week doorgebracht in het huis van Stella en Tessa. Het is een sfeervol en authentiek ingericht appartement. Het ligt tussen de bergen omringd door olijfbomen maar steden zoals Lucca en Florence liggen niet ver weg. Het huis was heel schoon en lekker koel bij warme temperaturen. Er is voldoende schaduw rondom het huis. We hebben een kookles bij Stella gevolgd, dit was leerzaam en heel gezellig. Stella bedankt voor je vriendelijkheid, de heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten en je tips over de omgeving. Groeten, Margret en Toin

Posto tranquillo e rilassante, perfetto per una rigenerazione. In quei luoghi si torna indietro nel tempo a quando eravamo piccoli, il tempo rallenta ed é piacevole apprezzare stupendi panorami e le architetture del paese. La casa é ben tenuta, pulita e carina e la signora Claudia molto disponibile. Torneremo.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd bij de accommodatie van Nadia gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een heel mooi zwembad dat goed onderhouden wordt door Giacomo. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen tips om te doen in de omgeving. Goede ligging vlak bij Lucca en in een mooie groene omgeving. Wij zouden dit zo nogj een keer boeken.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique logement dans un endroit splendide ! Une hôte attentionnée et d'une très grande gentillesse ! La literie est super confortable et le logement est comme sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est génial ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Micaelas lejlighed er et perfekt sted til 100% afslapning og dejlige vandreture. Lejligheden har alt hvad der skal bruges. Og der er mange dejlige udendørs opholdssteder. Landsbyen er rigtig hyggelig, og der er fine stier der til. Og mange andre steder at vandre. Michaela hjalp med bagage transport, da det sidste stykke op til huset ikke er til lave biler, også det var rigtigt godt. Der var rigtig god service fra Micaelas side under hele opholdet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Anita est une hôte très attentionnée, le logement est situé dans un parc verdoyant magnifique au calme avec piscine à disposition, un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons ce logement. Le lit King size est très confortable. Localisation parfaite très proche de la ville historique de Lucca. Merci pour tout Anita. If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Ein wunderschönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Airbnb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss super erreichbar. Mauro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir durften sogar früher eingechecken. Vielen Dank!

Leiligheten var perfekt for oss! Stille og rolig område, vi sov veldig godt. Den beste frokosten fikk vi servert på andre siden av gaten av leiligheten. Beliggenheten er nært gode restauranter, fine shopping områder og ikke minst muren hvor det er utallige svalende grønne parker. Kjøkken og bad har alle fasiliteter og er moderne. Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Fin lejlighed med super beliggenhed i roligt og trygt boligkompleks med privat parkeringsplads i kælderen. Lejligheden er indenfor bymuren, så der er kort gåafstand til restauranter, supermarked og seværdigheder. Super god og hjælpsom vært, der svarede med det samme og som gjorde alt for at vi havde et godt ophold!

Brilliant apartment, very clean and everything thing you need, just like home from home, plus extra goodies in the fridge free of charge. Walter is a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Roberto was very kind to drive us to and from the station any time we needed, such a gentleman! Thank you Walter & Roberto.

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

This place was super cute…. Perfect for the few days we were in Pisa. Close to everything you need. I would especially recommend the restaurant across the road if you want to stay in but don’t want to cook.

Gostamos muito do apartamento de Francesco e Monica, tinha tudo o necessário e a localização é excelente (perto da estação de trem Campo de marte). A cama é muito confortável e tudo estava extremamente limpo, definitivamente voltaríamos!

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

Great stay, everything is in walking distance 5 minutes to busses and trains. Apartment was beautiful loved sitting outside in the courtyard. Eugenia was super helpful and friendly, definitely recommend.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.
