Villa Tommaso e Giulia, 10 minutes from the center of Lucca, is a beautiful Art Nouveau-style residence surrounded by greenery, surrounded by a large fenced courtyard. Completely renovated in 2018, it has (shared) a beautiful 12x6m saltwater infinity pool with a depth of 1.40 cm, equipped with deck chairs, gazebo, sunbeds and solar showers with hot water, located in a green lawn surrounded by oleander plants. Inside the courtyard there is ample parking.

The hut is a former antique furniture restoration workshop that was completely renovated in October 2024. For the furnishings, some objects made or used by the same craftsman were recovered. Ideal place to visit Lucca and its hills, the old town is 3.5 km from the house, bicycles available for guests.
