Cottage in a Chianti Vineyard with Jacuzzi

JackRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We loved Patrizio’s cottage. It is very cosy and has been renovated very well. It was the perfect place for us (2 people, 2 dogs). The kitchen was our favourite spot and the interior in the bedroom is very cool. The garden is great and the hot tub is a nice addition. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. The vineyards are beautiful. One evening we took a stroll up the hill to the nearby vineyard which was nice. Patrizio is super friendly and very responsive and we kept in touch throughout our stay, with him providing great recommendations. He also came to say hello and show us around the cottage during check-in. It’s a good base for day trips - we did Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano - all of which were under an hours drive. He also recommended visiting his golf club for a small fee - they had a nice pool with beautiful views that we used one morning. We would highly recommend Patrizio and his place!

Typical loft in the central Via Fillungo Lucca

NaimaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A very nice apartment in the middle of the old town of Lucca. I immediately felt at home. The bathroom was a little narrower than expected, but it was very clean and did not bother me any further. I felt very comfortable in the apartment and will be happy to return there in the future.

Nature on the beach

MatthiasRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Great vacation in a great place to stay. The location with the private beach access is particularly noteworthy. If you don't want to go to the sea, the apartment serves as an ideal starting point for numerous activities, e.g. a drive to Pisa or Lucca. Everything for everyday life is available in the apartment. The car can be safely parked. Alessandro is a very friendly and patient host who is helpful in every situation. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

Loft in the green isle of Isolotto Vecchio

AndreasRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I will keep my stay in Sergio's apartment in the best memory. In Isolotto, a “suburb” of the old town of Florence, it is very quiet. If you open the window, you can hear the birds singing. The view from Sergio's apartment leads over the rooftops of Isolotto and the well-kept treetops of the residential complex. Every morning there is a market - fresh fruit/vegetables at a fair price. The sun reaches the living area early in the morning (from 6:30 a.m.). Nothing stands in the way of a breakfast in the sun or on the east-facing balcony. Wonderful. From 2:30 p.m., the sun then moves to the west balcony. The apartment is very stylish. Souvenirs/books from all over the world decorate the premises. The path to the old town leads through a kilometer-long park. It is advisable to use a bicycle or similar. If there are any questions, Fabiano & Sergio answer immediately - always nice and polite. When I think of Sergio's apartment, three terms come to mind: stylish, quiet and bright.

Very responsive host. We had a few small Inconvenient but resolved perfectly and with extreme kindness. Recommended accommodation, especially for its proximity to the beach and the pedestrian center. Sofa bed in the room suitable for children.

Loft -Calanchi

BarbaraRating, 5 stars73 months ago
Antonellas place lies neatly in the hills of tuscany and still many points of interest (San Gimignano, Siena,...) are in reasonable distance. For our family the main features of the accomodation were: an apartment for a family with 3 kids; that we could bring our family dog and the pool. The pool is huge, has a great view and is well cared for. Our kids spent many hours there. Only drawback was the very poor wifi. We would gladly visit again.

Super penthouse on the sea

CherylRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Luca's place in Lido di Camaiore. The apartment is spacious and comfortable - 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, large well-appointed kitchen and living/dining area, plus a second floor with workout area, private laundry room and large sunroom/deck overlooking the ocean. The building is directly across the street from the beach promenade lined with restaurants and beach clubs. Every day we'd walk across the street, rent a cabana/tent at one of the beach clubs and spend the day at the beach, before going back to change to walk to one of the many restaurants for dinner and gelato. Things I found especially great: - the air conditioning in the apartment is excellent! July in Italy is HOT and the apartment A/C worked wonderfully to keep the apartment cool after a long day at the beach. - Luca is incredibly responsive, both before and during our trip. He always responded quickly and with whatever info we needed. We will definitely be back!

Tusci Loft, A GEM in the CITY

ReeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay in beautiful, historic San Gimignano. It is a magical village like no other. It is situated on a hill so there are many steps and stairs to climb, but having visited Italy several times, it was to be expected. There are several paid parking lots in the town ( which can be challenging during peak hours, but always doable) if you drive there. We took a few day trips to nearby Florence and Luca and enjoyed the exquisite Italian countryside. Of course, no visit would be complete without gelato from the world famous Dondole Gelateria for the best gelato ever!! It is totally worth the wait. We also found an amazing restaurant called la Mandragola. I don’t believe there is a finer restaurant in all of Tuscany! The bonus is that it is a 2 minute walk from the loft. The shopping was amazing and the resident shopkeepers were kind and patient with our limited Italian. I am thrilled to have found Tusci-loft and would recommend it to anyone considering a stay there.

Lovely loft in the heart of Lucca

EileenRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had an amazing 3 night stay in Lucca! The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you are planning on arriving by train (or car!). The rental is tucked away down a small alleyway and had us feeling like we were locals! The unit was exceptionally clean and the AC was abundant - a nice reprieve from the hot Tuscan sun! We had planned on taking day trips outside of Lucca, but ended up staying put and fell in love with the charm of the city! There are so many beautiful things to see within the walls of Lucca - plan on taking a day to just walk around and get lost! The beauty of Lucca is you are never too far away from home if you are within the walls of the city! Ohh, and make sure you ask Morena for food/drink recommendations! She was spot on with everything she suggested :). Grazie Mille for an amazing stay! We will be back!

Barn loft in farmhouse farmhouse

TonkaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A wonderful unforgettable stay in the middle of nature, surrounded by animals. Clean and recently renovated apartment offers everything you need. They offered us eggs, zucchini, and even oil. My son was able to interact with all the farm animals, but the cat Cocolina is special. And we had dinner with the owner and her son all together in the garden, an informal environment but at the same time left room for rest and privacy. Good luck to this family for their projects

Residenza al Fillungo. Your suite in the heart of Lucca

MichaelRating, 5 stars84 months ago
Valerio has a wonderful home in the heart of old Lucca, it is furnished with love and respect to the traditions of the city. It is a meticulous example of the old city residence. Valerio was most generous with thoughtful supplies of coffee, bread, milk and a host of other supplies that made all the difference. We were most impressed with the generosity of the breakfast part of bnb. In fact we do not recall an Airbnb at which we were given a more generous supply of food/condiments. The apartment is essentially one good sized room in which there is a beautiful Queen sized bed and also a very comfortable double sized pull out sofa bed that our 19 year old daughter used. We were very close in the same room but this was no problem for us. The kitchen was equipped very well indeed and we enjoyed very much buying food and cooking ourselves after a long day walking. We couldn't have asked for more in the kitchen. The bathroom is separate with a large ante room and is beautifully appointed. There is hot water but it does take a long time to get there, but we were there in summer and it was very hot in Lucca so it did not worry us unduly. The water pressure is modest. There is a significant climb to the apartment, but you can't have the charm of old Lucca in a classic heritage protected building and all the modern conveniences. The only difficulty was with the WiFi service, it was very poor in the apartment, but if you sit on the staircase you can access all you need! We would recommend staying here, it was fabulous for us in the New World to experience a beautiful and ancient apartment in the Old World. Highly recomended
