Great house! Very private and quiet. 5 minute walk down to town (10 minutes uphill). House was extremely clean. AC worked well in the rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Host was easy to reach and responded right away. The view of town was incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset. I would highly recommend this house.

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

we were thrilled with the house and the area. A very nice and well-furnished house, also ideal with children. The pool and the beautiful bay are ideal for relaxing and resting. The host is also a very warm person and would recommend you as well as the house immediately. The price for this accommodation is completely justified. The only thing to consider is the high price for final cleaning as well as for electricity consumption. We thank our host very much and the next time we are in Mallorca, we would always travel back to him and to a beautiful house.

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and barbecue area – perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the house. Amazing views, the house has everything we needed for a relax stay. The place was exactly as described. Our H host was very kind and responsive, always available if we had any questions. Also, the cleaning crew, who came to clean after the air conditioner was fixed, where very kind.There was an issue with the air conditioner, and the crew that came to fix it, did an excellent job, they even skip lunch in order to fix it. Great location not far from Palma but quiet and restful. Our kids loved saying helllo to the horses in the morning and swimming in the pool. The property is well maintained and only a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here!

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

We were impressed with the accommodation from the first moment. Nice communication for check-in and check-out. Xavi on site very nice and informative Good house briefing and good tips for restaurant and market visit. We felt very comfortable and satisfied with everything.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. The space is thoughtfully renovated and set up. And in it is right in middle of the small village. The surrounding landscape is a little barren but you have a great starting point for day trips to the beach, bike trips, etc. With a little bakery, other shops and a few nice restaurants you have all you need to supply yourself in walking distance.

Just as described and very short distance to several beautiful beaches. Most restaurants are 10-15 driving distance so a car would be recommended.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Absolutely incredible stay. Perfect location and I felt that the home was better than the photos. Felt like an authentic stay in Mallorca.

Absolutely would recommend a stay at this beautiful house. Close to a couple of small towns with a market on Wednesday and Saturday. Close to some beautiful Cala’s. You will need a rental car to see everything. Bedding so comfortable. House and surroundings immaculate. Washer and dryer came in handy with traveling with carry ons.

Great! I loved my stay here. The sauna was great. Almost used it daily. Very thoughtful hosts that equipped the airbnb with almost everything you need during a stay.

It was a beautiful place! Accessing the beach was simple and an easy way to have a fun day. Our best times were also having dinner on the terrace, enjoying views of the water. Whatever kind of day you want to have, the house/location allows you to do just that.

We loved our stay at the fisherman’s house- it really doesn’t get better than this! The house offered privacy while also being walkable to the small town of Cala Figuera. Santanyí was a short drive and the town was wonderful- full of restaurants and small shops. We ventured to other areas of Mallorca and were ready to get back to our place where we had the privacy to enjoy a swim and sunbathing from our own place. This seems like a rarity in Mallorca! Our host was easy to work with and responsive. Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb and location, location, location!
