A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

This is not the first time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back. Very cozy house, fully equipped kitchen, good views, with a garden and private parking. Always helpful and available hosts.

We stayed at Doña Herminia's house for a weekend, from Friday to Sunday, four couples with children, just for what the children enjoyed it's worth returning. Since the land is perfectly fenced, the pool is well protected, the lawn (artificial) is very well maintained, the garden games are right in front of the relaxation area for adults, .. for parents it has also been a very good experience. A fully-equipped kitchen, a gas paella pan with paellas of different sizes, a barbecue prepared with firewood, ping pong, table soccer, American pool, a 65" TV, a dining room table for 14 people, outdoor tables on the porch, etc. make the experience very well-rounded and recommendable. Things to note: - There are two rooms with several double beds, the one in the attic is very low for adults. - Pets are subject to a surcharge of 10 euros per day for cleaning, regardless of whether it is a well-trained and small dog. - Check-out is at noon, negotiable (€) later.

We have had a wonderful family bridge. The plot and the house are very complete and you do not lack anything to disconnect and enjoy nature, a good barbecue and a bath in the pool as long as the weather allows. The treatment with Sergio and his parents was 10, very helpful and kind at all times. Recommended 100% if you are thinking of staying in the area 😊

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Fantastic place. Exactly how it was described. Middle of no where - only thing I would say is be more prepared than us with mosquitoes but don’t let that put you off. Amazing place!

We had a great visit! The apartment was close to the city center. For the English speaking guests it would be good to have instructions also in English.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

Maria was a fantastic host and even personally gave us a tour around the old town and helped me book a restaurant for 28 Scottish hockey players! Couldn’t do more for us - and the apartment is lovely in an excellent central location. Will definitely return. Thank you!

We crossed the country and spent the night at Daniel's house to stop along the way. A comfortable house to feel at home. Spacious and very clean. With air conditioning in the living room and parking area downstairs. We don't get hot in the bedroom at the end of May. Modern building, with an elevator and a pleasant smell. We didn't hear any noise. The blinds close perfectly (for light maniacs). Somewhat low but comfortable bed. We didn't even touch the kitchen, but it had all the utensils you need for a long stay. Nearby there is a well-stocked supermarket and a very good restaurant (Meraki). I'd come back if I needed to. Thank you Daniel!

The house is very well cared for and with everything you need in the kitchen, as well as in the bathroom and garden. The house faces directly to the beach, a very quiet area ideal for disconnecting. The shame is that we didn't have good time to be able to enjoy more. The owner is always very attentive that is to be thanked!. ☺️

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Everything was great, the apartment was spotless, just as in the photos. M Carmen let us in later and was very kind to give us instructions. I want to highlight the thoughtfulness of leaving us water and coffee, thank you very much for everything!

Ruben's smart, modern apartment is very conveniently situated within a few minutes walk from the station as well as supermarkets, independent shops and cafés. A short walk through some shady treelined parks is the fascinating old town and the gradual walk up to the historic castle. I can certainly recommend a few days stay with Ruben's apartment as your base.

Super stay at Harald’s apartment! Location is excellent - right in the centre of Russafa, with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by - but the apartment itself is nice and quiet. It’s also spacious and nicely decorated, and was great for working remotely with a large table and lots of plugs. Check in was very easy and Harald was really helpful and accommodating.

The property offers really nice views, which make the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. It's a detail that many travelers value and remember. It helps to differentiate the accommodation and adds to the overall experience. Ideal for those looking for tranquility and a good view of the surroundings. Highly recommended

We loved the location of this apartment because it’s near central market and easy to get to the windy streets of town with cute boutiques. It’s very noisy, partly because of the excellent restaurant below, but is easily fixed with ear plugs and sleeping made okay w/ ac and a comfy bed. The balconies overlook the charming square. The biggest design feature of the place are the windows, otherwise quite simple. We enjoyed our stay!

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city.
