We really enjoyed our stay with Sander and lucie. the accommodation was clean and the interior gave us an instant holiday vibe. Their swimming pool is huge, and we loved the fact that it’s all natural water. There were a lot of cute places the relax around the swimming pool and the around the accommodation itself. We did quite some hiking in the area, like “ruta del agua” and “rio fraille” (both recommended!) but there are also enough cute villages to visit in the area. Last but not least, Sander and Lucie were very friendly hosts.

Perfect location. A few minutes from Rufaza. Very good price.

The apartment is very well located to move around Ontinyent and to take the road and sightseeing. It's very large and comfortable.

The apartment was as described, the stay is comfortable and you feel right at home. The views are spacious and with a mountain landscape in the background. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions and messages, excellent communication.

The apartment is perfect to spend a few days, super close to the beach. We'll be back for sure. Fran is very friendly and will help you with anything you need.

Very nice apartment at perfect location. Close to sights and restaurants. Small but good supermarket very close. The large roof terrace was really nice. Everything worked perfectly! Nothing was missing in the apartment.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

We crossed the country and spent the night at Daniel's house to stop along the way. A comfortable house to feel at home. Spacious and very clean. With air conditioning in the living room and parking area downstairs. We don't get hot in the bedroom at the end of May. Modern building, with an elevator and a pleasant smell. We didn't hear any noise. The blinds close perfectly (for light maniacs). Somewhat low but comfortable bed. We didn't even touch the kitchen, but it had all the utensils you need for a long stay. Nearby there is a well-stocked supermarket and a very good restaurant (Meraki). I'd come back if I needed to. Thank you Daniel!

We spent a week in Gandía and it was a good idea to stay in the penthouse. I went with a baby and they offered us a crib and highchair to make us more comfortable. The apartment is very nice and we were very comfortable. It's in a central area and close to the station, so it was comfortable to get there. This summer we'll spend another week in Gandía and we'll definitely be back.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Xátiva. It's very complete to cook. You have everything nearby and you can park a few blocks away. Good communication with Maria Jose, we would definitely come back!

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We loved this place! Beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds and everything about this place was luxurious. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra charge it's positioned perfectly on the top terrace with stunning views night and day. The beach is great very clean and safe we did paddle boarding and swimming every day. We can't wait to return 😊

It was a great place to stay in a vibrant neighborhood. It's within walking distance to most places and there is transport nearby as well. Dana was a great host and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We enjoyed all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are amazing. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

Fantastic stay we’ve experienced in the apartment. Space is far more brighter and stylish than on pics, although it’s greatly snapped for public. It’s also equipped with a lots of household stuff, eg not salt and pepper only, but a sets of beach bags and towels, etc..full set of nice dining plates and var kitchen / laundry utensils in a spotless condition. The view off the 24th floor is breathtaking. Would definitely come back once me and the family are back in area for vacation

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!
