Hemos pasado unos días de reencuentro en familia maravillosos ! La casa tiene una ubicación accesible a todo.. tanto en coche como andando !. Es súper cómoda ! Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

Hemos estado alojados en casa de Flori toda la familia para celebrar el 70 cumpleaños de nuestra madre y lo hemos pasado muy bien. La casa está tal y como se ve en las fotos y fiel a la descripción. Flori y su marido han estado pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y lo hemos pasado muy bien. Es una casa amplia y con espacios estupendos para 10 personas, tanto en interior como en exterior, y los peques se lo han pasado en grande con todos los juegos, las bicis, la cama elástica, los balones,...... un sin fin de cosas para disfrutar del campo y el aire libre. En resumen una estancia de 10 y Flori una anfitriona de 20 o más. Muchas gracias por todo y esperamos poder volver algún día, saludos de parte de toda la familia.

We were so sad to leave here. The place has gorgeous views, it is practical, spacious, a great location and the pool is an amazing addition. The place was baby friendly and enjoyed by our 1.5 year old. Gonzalo was a fantastic host and went above and beyond in helping us and gave lots of good recommendations. We plan to stay again. On foot we particulary liked Restaurante La Vuelta and the beach bar near by. Via car we liked Calas de Bolnuevo and visiting Cartagena

La casa muy cuqui. 😍 Con aíre acondicionado💨,con buen colchón 🛏️,dos terraza prácticas y agradables (una arriba y otra justo debajo con toldos q preserva la intimidad. Tiene todo lo q se necesita para unas vacaciones,zona tranquila, cerca de la playa(7 min andando)y se puede aparcar. Gracias Véronique,gracias Natalia muy amables!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot, great views and super nice and responsive host. Loved it.

What a fantastic stay! This lovely villa truly felt like a home away from home, and it was a real privilege to stay there. The quiet area made for a very relaxing break, and being so close to the beach was a huge bonus. The pool was lovely, perfect for a refreshing dip, and the ice machine was an absolute lifesaver ! With air conditioning throughout and plenty of space for three families to have their own areas, it was incredibly comfortable for everyone. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa!

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

Beautiful villa with amazing amenities, looks just like the photos. Close to shops which is great 😃 Hosts very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended would stay again 😃

Todo tal y como la descripción excepto que ponía que había lavavajillas pero no había aunque tampoco es necesario.

Hielke’s villa is gorgeous and very well equipped. It has so many terraces that guests are guaranteed to catch the sun on one of them at some stage during the day. It is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the lagoon. There are still quite a lot of building works being carried out in the resort but in the next few years when building is completed the resort will be amazing. Apart from a small section to the front left of Hielke’s villa, building works are completed in the area of his villa. The chirungita bar on the lagoon appears to open only at weekends and sections of the lagoon are closed off during the week depending on the availability of lifeguards so that is disappointing. However this may be rectified once the entire resort has been completed. A supermarket on site would be a huge advantage to guests of the resort, hopefully that will be added in the future. Regardless of these, Hielke’s villa and the resort itself are incredible and very beautiful places to stay
