We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The hosts are incredibly helpful, always responded quickly to questions and were immediately available when there was an issue – really great service. The apartment was very clean and super equipped. We found it particularly positive that there was replacement bed linen – a real plus. There was everything you needed to feel comfortable. The apartment has a nice terrace where you can relax well, and the location is quiet yet well connected. We were there with two small children and it worked wonderfully. The only downside: electricity can be quite expensive for longer stays. Although we tried to be economical, we ended up having to pay over 70 euros extra – this should be kept in mind when planning.

It is a house in the village, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities. Having a barbecue with everything you need ready is a nice touch. The village is very quiet, perfect to disconnect for a few days and do routes around

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. We were very happy with our stay at Fabrizio's apartment. He was very attentive and patient with our requests. The apartment met all our expectations, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The area where it is located is very nice and relatively close to the points of interest and very close to the beach. There are also many bars and restaurants in the area, as well as supermarkets for the necessary shopping. 100% recommended. Without a doubt, if we had to go back, we would stay here again!

Lovely location and host

The apartment is true to the listing. Everything was ready when we arrived and we benefited from a welcome kit (tea, coffee, fruit juice, some madeleines but also shampoo and shower gel). There are several bus stops nearby to get to the city center, the aquarium, the albufera or the sea. Check-in is fall. Franck helped us organize the tours and was responsive during our stay. Recommended!

One of the most practical apartment I have ever booked in Airbnb. We, 2 families with one toddler each had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights here. Jose and Alba were always very attentive and communicated very well from the time of booking till the checkout. We would definitely visit again.

The layout of the house is very good. And although we don't use it, having a pool, even if it's shared, 10 steps from the apartment is a very good complement.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !
