Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very functional and super well located apartment. Small terrace with breathtaking views in the evening and in the morning at sunrise. Everything is within walking distance, the beach is 100 m away!

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. The stay was very pleasant to spend the weekend with friends and disconnect, the house is large and has several terraces and a barbecue that are great for good weather, we would repeat!

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

We were very happy with our stay at Fabrizio's apartment. He was very attentive and patient with our requests. The apartment met all our expectations, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The area where it is located is very nice and relatively close to the points of interest and very close to the beach. There are also many bars and restaurants in the area, as well as supermarkets for the necessary shopping. 100% recommended. Without a doubt, if we had to go back, we would stay here again!

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We had a great time. Faithful to the listing. Excellent cleanliness and tastefully decorated that makes you feel at home. Quiet area to go with children. Very close to Valencia to visit.

The house is very nice, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to relax for a few days. but above all the spectacular terrace. close to the beach . Everything was great. We'll definitely be back. The layout of the house is very good. And although we don't use it, having a pool, even if it's shared, 10 steps from the apartment is a very good complement.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.
