La Distancia is a finca in a very quiet location for up to 6 people. The house has an enclosed garden, outside BBQ, parking spaces and private swimming pool. Location of the house is in orange and mandarin groves near Vilamarxant. This is about 25 km from the airport and center of Valencia. Over the past 2 years, a lot has been renovated: window frames, kitchen, bathroom, 4 air conditioners, and a heater. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed for children.
