Vacation rentals with a sauna in Camp de Morvedre

The location and ocean views are definitely the best. Cleanliness and with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay, like at home.

We Had wonderful experience staying at gran canet. Milan was always quick to respond with answers we needed even quite few months before our stay & during our stay…. No problems with check in or check out. Place was really clean and exceptional. It has everything you could possibly need & actually looks much better in real life than in pictures! We will definitely be coming back!

It was great to be there. The apartment has all the amenities. The pool is spacious and the setting is comfortable I played tennis in the development, perfect. There is a social bar where they take care of you. The beach is around the corner and you don't have to go through streets. The experience is great, total relaxation, absolute comfort, terrace not to get around. My children enjoyed everything. Assumption of 10, only facilities. We hope to return. We hope to return.

Very close to the beach and subway. A great base for exploring Valencia as well as for those who want to relax by the beach. The sun and hot tub made the stay more enjoyable. Large space in the apartment. Recommended

Highly recommend apartment for a family. Very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities both inside and outside the apartment. Highlighting a very close Mercadona and the location in a development with pool with long operating hours, gym, bar, paddle courts, etc.

Great welcome, everything was as advertised. Check-in at the apartment was after a certain time because it was previously occupied, but the departure gave us the availability to leave whenever we wanted. Very attentive and friendly.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the beach and the sea. During our stay, we enjoyed a large terrace, partly overlooking the sea and a neighborhood that can be shielded on less clear days, which was a big plus. We didn't miss anything, we felt at home at German's place.

We had a great week at this place which is very pleasant to stay in. Perfectly in line with the photos and descriptions, Raquel's place was very clean and nicely decorated. The terrace is very pleasant, the common areas very well maintained. Amenities are as described and the beach is easily reachable by foot. A place that we would definitely recommend.

Great place and location. Lots of restaurants nearby and beach 2 minute walk. Had an issue with the key to the door. Was sorted in 30 mins on a Sunday. Great service and care of guests. Would definitely stay here again. Valencia airport was brilliant. 30 mins from plane to taxi rank even after Brexshit

everything was perfect. A very quiet place to rest. the beach very close with showers. and the perfect apartment pool. all perfect .y with good communication and everything super correct. no se pjede ask more.

we spent two first Septmeber weeks here in 2024. A very nice apartment, furnished with love and taste. A well-stocked economy: We lacked nothing. Two toilets, a shower and a bathroom, new and well-functioning sanitary technology. But most importantly a beautiful balcony with wonderful sea views! On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a couch (!), everything fits (the balcony area is 4 x 3.5 meters tall). You can stay on the balcony all the time and enjoy life. :-) If you take a few steps out of the apartment, you will discover a fun gated community with a pool and sun loungers near a gym. Between different levels of the residential complex you can move comfortably with several elevators. Volvo XC60 fits in the lockable garage! The Hazookeeper Gema has sweetened us, gave us everything important time and a few useful TIpps for the area. This was all very nice and helpful.

Great place to stay, it is my forth time staying at Javier's. The metro is very close by, you have a supermarket at 1 min walk as well as restaurants and bars. Behind the building there is a very large area where to park. I really enjoyed using the gym and the sauna almost daily and the porters Jose and Cesar as super nice and welcoming.

We were here and family (2 kids) and were very happy. The owner is very accommodating and accommodated when we arrived earlier than the official check in. The whole area is very quiet, the beaches in the week were almost empty and also ok on the weekend. The sea is beautiful, clean, fully seashell perfect for children. We were very pleasantly surprised by the above-standard amenities of the apartment. The host also prepared some basic groceries and a welcome for us, which was very kind. You can buy everything you need in a store that is 3 minutes away. We rented a car at the airport and there was no mistake with this benefit. You're in the center of Valencia in a while, but you have the opportunity to discover other nice places on the other side (Cullera, etc.). Thank you very much and recommend.

Good apartment. We felt very comfortable from the start. The beds are very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Perfect for families with children as the house has a playhouse on the patio and several drawers with toys. Close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside we put is that the main room is very close to the building elevator and you can hear a lot when you go up and down. Also, some groups of neighbors usually gather right in front of the patio of the apartment and can be heard quite inside. Otherwise, everything was perfect, the facilities (pool, gym...) are ideal. Great place to spend a happy vacation.

The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

This place is a small treasure right next to a national park. It is really special and peacful. Maria and Marta tought everything trough and the stay was simply wonderful. We hope to be back soon <3

Cozy house with wonderful views. If you go with children, which was our case, the game room is wonderful. In addition, Raquel took into account that we were going at Christmas, a cold time, to put some heaters in the game room so that we were wonderful and it was a success. Thank you. The rest of the house has air conditioning and heating in all the rooms. The house is a 10. If I had to find a negative for the most demanding guests, it's that to go to the beach you have to take the car or go for a very long walk. In our case it was not a problem. Also worth mentioning is that Raquel was active and willing to resolve anything throughout the stay. Personally, I would have liked to be greeted by someone instead of picking up the keys inside a box, but that's just my preference, nothing to do with the house and the service received by phone. Everything was perfect!

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

The place is fantastic. Fresh bread every morning is delicious. Pepe is very attentive and always willing to help. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We were surprised by the house, located in a villa next to more houses with a huge community space with all kinds of facilities, totally recommended.

The host was superb along with the house. Communication was easy regardless what we needed or wanted an answer was always given. Great knowledge of the area and surrounding area as for us was a bonus as only local or people who stay there would have known this. The villa suited our needs from day one with a great spacious layout and pool for all the family to enjoy on a daily basis. We had a car but might not of been needed as the tram station is a 15minute walk which took you anywhere more or less in Valencia and also cheap for a family of five. I couldn't have asked for a better place as it took about 5-6 weeks looking over other areas that suited us all and this one just kept on ticking all the right boxes. I couldn't recommend this villa enough along with the host for our vacation. We'll be back for sure.
