Jesse was a fantastic host. His place was homey and comfortable. He was always available with any questions we had for him. Even arranging an extra day to stay. I woukd use him again. Great host.

David is a friendly person. Loved the duplex always very clean and easy to get to restaurants. Everything you need in the kitchen. Loved the pool area able to relax. Very peaceful.

We were pleasantly surprised that the house was exactly as the photos showed. Cute decor and very comfortable! The house was clean, stocked with all the essentials (enough that you would not have to buy for a couple days). The house was located very close to the beach, we walked there each time we went. It was also located very close to restaurants and shopping (we walked there also). Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this house!!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in SPI! The host was nothing short of amazing—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to ensure our stay was perfect. The view from the property is simply breathtaking; it’s even better than the photos! We spent hours just soaking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Our family of six, 2 adults and 4 teens had a wonderful experience. Plenty of space, private master suite, lots of kitchen accessories and dishes, and the pool area is beautiful and very private.

It was our first time staying on the island's bay side, and we loved it! It's so peaceful and calm on the bay side, and the sunsets were amazing. The condo easily accommodated our family of 8, with everyone having their own personal space and lots of areas to unwind. We spent most of our time during the day on the main floor in the kitchen and out on the deck, while we spent the nights in the third-floor game room. The kids enjoyed fishing on the dock, especially at night. The wildlife also captured their attention, with several birds and fish to watch throughout our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook and feed large groups of people. The huge dining room table was great for card games. The bathrooms were nicely appointed and clean, with soap, shampoo, and conditioners available. We could walk to the beach from our location in approximately 5 minutes, but we really enjoyed the bay side as it sheltered us from the winds normally experienced on the beach

Felt like home. Suzanne was incredible, available when ever we had questions or needed something. Place looks just like the pictures and would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I've stayed with Ashley, and it will not be my last. Friendly neighbors, church across the street, quiet after normal business hours.... everything a traveling professional wants.

Laura was great thruout. She was welcoming when we arrived, dropping off the garage door opener in person. We needed help once and she was responded immediately. It was helpful to have cleaning several times throughout our month-long stay too. Laura also helped us find resources in the area whenever we asked her for recommendations.

Felt right at home at this property. Location was perfect, less than 5 minutes away from the beach. Would love to stay here again soon. Thanks for having us 🩷

Great location with a private pool.

This is a great place. Great maintenance of the property, very hospitable setup, perfect location with ease access to beach and the strip. Perfect for a family vacation rental and highly recommend this property 👍

This home was very clean, with comfortable beds and linens, and a well stocked kitchen. The layout is great, with bedrooms away from the spacious kitchen, living and dining areas. Having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom (plus a powder room near the gathering space) makes this a great choice for a multigenerational family or multiple families/friends. Enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, where you can view the beautiful pool and listen to the sound of the running waterfall. The location is perfect; a two minute walk to the beach and nearest restaurant/bar, or to catch the free Island Shuttle that will take you around the Island or into Port Isabel. Appreciated the use of the laundry facilities, as well as the beach and pool essentials located in the garage. Richard’s responsiveness to any inquiry was amazing. Overall, a great property!

Came in with my family to spend a Spring Break week on SPI. We wanted to stay on the northern part of the island to keep away from the college kids, and Steve's place was ideal. Three bedrooms, TVs in every room, lots of supplies for the kids to play on the beach, which is only a five minute walk away. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic beach house! Comfortable, clean, spacious, with an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach was as convenient as it gets. They have beach toys & ice chest for use. The ambience and decor was like being in the mind of a deep sea sports fisherman, which was so cool. The owner also offers guided access to their boat for an extra fee for cruising or fishing. I wish I’d noticed this before! I would have loved to arrange this. Next time! I would definitely rent this home again.

Everything was fine, very nice place

I will say this pictures of the Airbnb doesn’t do this home justice, it was more beautiful and breathtaking than the pictures. Everything was clean, the home is right on the water which was very peaceful to hear the waves throughout the day. The home is also near tons of Resturant’s that you can walk to which is super convenient. Deanna was very nice and responsive, she let us check out two hours later due to us trying to finish up a beach photoshoot. The overall experience was great!

We loved our stay at the Coastal Cottage. I spent a good hour or so one day just looking at each of the art pieces (all original artwork, at least one was done by the owner herself). The house was clean, well decorated, well supplied with extra linens, dishes, & cleaning supplies. It was also perfectly situated within a block of a beach entrance, but in a quiet neighborhood. The back patio was also adorably decorated & well furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture & outdoor kitchen necessities.
